Appt.

Appt. was on time, and work completed quickly. My questions were clearly answered. Fellow who checked me in knew far than my salseman, who told me many inaccuracise about the vehicle prior to purchase.

Dealt with the nicest sales person I have ever met, Steve

Dealt with the nicest sales person I have ever met, Steve Smith, when I bought this car. Polite, not pushy, and nice to talk to. Got additional warranties when I was finalizing my purchase with a different person, which cost additional money. Thought it was a good idea until recently. On 3-4-2026 I brought my vehicle in for a free oil change. Only had around 1,400 miles on it but it was a year old and talked to the service department and they said it was a good idea. Not going to go into details about everything that happened because it will take to long to type, so contact me if you want more info. The final cost of my free oil change, with other problems they said I had was $580.00 with all the warranties I paid for. They did not explain everything very well and some things they did not tell me about. I'm sure their story will be different than mine, so I will be calling the Hyundai Company directly to see if I can find out what happened.

I’m very disappointed in their lack of support .

I’m very disappointed in their lack of support . I spoke directly to the owner about the tires on my SantaFe. They are defective and should not be sold on Hyundai vehicles if you replace them when three out of four are bad. Saying it isn’t their responsibility. When I am responsible for children riding to and from school daily. I have owned four Hyundai’s and will not be purchasing another.

We called the tire company to try to get them under warranty but unfortunately they deemed the tires damaged due to road hazards, We can't just replace everyones tires for free when them pop or hit pot holes. This would be the same for any manufacturer.

2018 Sante Fe Sport - took it to the dealer for all

2018 Sante Fe Sport - took it to the dealer for all services. Despite that I needed a new engine at 85,000 miles! There was very little communication from the service department keeping me informed of progress. I called multiple times and left messages (why my call to the service department went to voice mail? - screening calls?). Ended up making trips to the dealer weekly - still with little information despite face to face communication. Finally got my car back after two months. I would not buy another Hyundai and certainly not from Torrington Hyundai. Such a shame since up to that point I was moderately satisfied.

They do good work but waiting an hour and 45 min for an oil change and tire rotation when you have an appointment is unacceptable. This is the second time that happened to me.

People are nice and the waiting area is accommodating.
