Excellent Service!!
Everyone in the dealership was so friendly and helpful. Their personalities made me want to go to the dealership just to hang out with everyone LOL, however their quality of service was so good that I was able to pick out a car and drive it off of the lot in only two visits. I will definitely be going to them for all of my service needs, and my future cars will definitely be purchased through them. I have been recommending them to my family and friends as well. I am beyond satisfied with my experience there!!

Car went in for routine service and a few warranty items.dealership had good communication and appt and loaner was a great experience.car was washed when they returned it.Ill definitely be back.

Awful Customer Service
Jessicah was not the least bit accommodating. She didn't ask me any questions to understand my needs or interests. She was dismissive and it was a very unpleasant experience. I left the dealership and immediately went to Honda in Torrington where the reception I was given was completely the opposite and I bought a car from them that day.

Emergency tire replacement
I blew a tire on the Civic we'd recently purchased at Honda of Watertown. We needed the car the following day to lend to one of our children, so after replacing the tire with the temporary, we drove straight to your service center without an appointment. The service representative, John, was very understanding and expedited the replacement process for us. He is a genuinely nice guy and a fine representative of your company. We've been loyal customers for many years and this is all part of the reason we'll continue to be.

Great Service Department
Dealership has a great service department. This was my first time there and Dave met me in the service bay and took care of things from there. My car had not been serviced in quite some time and I was giving it to my daughter to drive. There was lots of things to attend to and Dave got the car right in, introduced me to the mechanic who was great and, went over in detail what was needed to insure the car was safe and ready for her to drive. I would recommend this dealership for service. The experience was very good and the quality of workmanship excellent.

Emergency Car Repair
Driving home from work, my 2011 Honda CRV suddenly lost power and the car would only go about 30 miles an hour on the highway. I got home, called Watertown Honda at 6:50 PM and talked to John. I asked if I could get an appointment for the next morning and get a loaner car. He made the appointment and I arrived at 7:30 AM to get the car serviced. He called me about 2 hours later with an estimate and said the car would be ready by 5 PM. The final bill was exactly as quoted and there was no pressure to add other repairs during the quote. I suspect a dealership may be more expensive than other garages, but the quality, speed of service and the loaner car all add up to a great experience.
