My sales experience with Jeff Symeon was excellent! He was very communicative, clear and helpful every step of the way. I appreciated his professionalism, and willingness to take extra time and care to get me in the right car for the right price.

I don't know what they had for breakfast on Toyota of Greenwich but every single person that I deal with was extremely polite dedicated and helpful. Thank you to the management for keeping an excellent service on the Greenwich location and to the entire team.

It's always so easy to get your car serviced and questions answered at Toyota of Greenwich. Everyone is very pleasant and helpful. The waiting area has coffee, donuts, TV, internet access and anything else you may need. Great experience!!

As usual, it’s a well oiled machine! The people were polite, professional and took the time to make certain I was happy. Definitely a good experience. My car will always come back here for any servicing. I can even just stop by with a question and it’s handled nicely and promptly.

David pagano was courteous and professional. He helped me out very quickly. I have only known him for a couple of weeks. He is very patient and willing to listen to my concerns.

We have been coming to this garage since we bought the vehicle in 2005. Everyone is always polite and helpful. Always keep you updated with what is going on with the vehicle.

Put my cell phone in the center console cup holder. the one with the flip lid. the lid closed. Cell phone wedges in - Late Friday night, panic Went to the dealer at 8:45 a.m. not knowing the opened earlier, They were totally backed up as two technicians had called in sick. First response was, can't help. I explained. "OK, iif you leave it here we will try to look at it. I said thanks and signed in. Service manager noticed me and asked what was going on. He was told and tried to get the phone out. No such luck. "We will try, but please leave it and we don't know if we can get to it. What to do except say thanks and face the dread of no cell phone all weekend. Called my wife to come pick me up. About 20 mins later the car comes from around the back of the building. Service manager had taken it upon himself to try again. AND, he got it out!! "how much do I owe you?" "no charge." Can't beat that.any way any how. Rich B

Jay OConnnel in the Toyota of Greenwich service department is fantastic. He is always helpful, accommodating and explains my Land Cruiser services needs in a under stable language. He always returns my call immediately ad exemplifies the definition of customer service. Toyota is fortunate to have him.

We are still in amazement, almost a month later, at the incredible experience we had at Greenwich Toyota. We were returning a rental car to the dealership and Jeff in Sales just saw us outside and offered assistance. He somehow knew to ask if we were in the market for a new car, and we were, but 4 bad dealerships later (including another Toyota one), we were still without a new car. Jeff worked with us and with Bob, the Manager and they not only got us the car we wanted but an amazing deal!!! Bob and Jeff so much time, care and effort to help our family and we will never go to another dealership again. Toyota Greenwich is the best!!!!

As soon as I entered the dealership I was directed to Julio's office and he explained the process and got information he need from me about my car and issues I was having. The wait was about an hour (as I was advised at the outset) and the waiting room comfortable with coffee/water/wifi. Car looks and feels like new post maintenance visit.
