I returned a leased car and was vascillating if I should lease another or buy. My salesperson, Sarah was super helpful in advising me what my options were. I left the same day with a new Trailblazer, which I love!

Fraudsters and Criminals

Committed Fraud, and hurt my family by lying about a suburban that was never ordered. I gave up my lease in anticipation of a suburban they told me that was ordered and arriving on 5/24/23. Salesperson even said it had arrived at the dealership. All lies. Left my family with a newborn stuck without the vehicle we ordered. Owner wouldn’t help resolve the situation, and told me that ‘sometimes things don’t work out, my landscaper ripped me off too’.

Very dissatisfied customer,would never buy from H&

Service department is terrible, they do not thoroughly check out your vehicle, return it to you without fixing the problem and charge you for it and write on diagnostics that they solved the problem, but didn't. When I contacted them at 7am, Andrew (did not respond till 1pm, I had to each out to other Chevy dealerships for help, leave my car in again and pay another 175.00 to diagnose it, hopefully correctly. H&L, did nothing to help. Michael at the service department , was rude and let's just say I have purchase three vehicles from them, but NEVER aggain!!!

Thank you for the response. We appreciate your business. All though your transmission is under warranty. We did find it a quart low of fluid which is not under warranty. Andrew returned from vacation at noon and called you at 1:00 pm. He knows you very well and has always tried to help you as much as he could.

Chevy dealership technicians are not knowledgeable

They did not have the knowledge to repair my Camaro. A shop full of certified Chevy technicians and not one can work on the convertible top.

Thank you for giving us the opportunity to service your Camano. Upon inspection of the vehicle we noticed the convertible top damaged, and the frame damaged from where a tree fell on the vehicle. I understand the Camaro is used everyday by your son to go to high school in. We thought it was in your best interest for you to take the car to a convertible top and frame specialist. I have been a GM technician for 15 years and the way...

I have been a GM technician for 15 years and the way this dealership treats there customers is the worst I have ever seen over charge because the customer is deaf an they think they can get away with it they brake additional parts and charge for what they broke because they are incapable of doing the job properly what a bunch of hacks they are what give mechanics a bad name if I broke something as I tech I fixed it or paid for it not tell the customer it was broken and make them pay for it but I also did the job correctly so things don’t get damaged what a complete bunch of hacks

I was looking for a newer car to buy. I visited numerous car dealerships, all were very positive, but H&L Chevrolet was a cut above the rest by far. Every call was returned, every question answered promptly. I live in Harrisburg, Pa., and because of COVID-19, I could not travel to Connecticut because of my occupation. H&L drove the car I wanted to buy to Pennsylvania. They drove 3.5 hours to deliver the car I wanted, then drove 3.5 hours back. Talk about above the call of duty! The salesman Lou was great to work with, he was very professional, and he was the one who drove the car to Pennsylvania. I give them an A+++
