Was looking to replace my 2005 Chevy Malibu with some miles on it. Saw the Ford Focus that had pretty much just arrived on the lot. Paul introduced himself to me, was very friendly and let me take it for a test drive. I found my new car. Was hesitant at first but came back the next day and Paul, Mike the manager, and Chris worked with me on my financing to get me where I wanted to be. Everyone at the dealership was very friendly, and helped me at every facet of the buying experience. Everything about my car, the trade, and the new car terms itself were all in plain black and white text. No hidden terms It did take a little bit of time that day, they had said for some reason it was unusually busy for a Friday. We went to two dealerships that day (Toyota and Hyundai) and the experiences were worlds apart, a big credit to Josh and to the dealership. Service and information were excellent. Josh is a consummate professional. At the other dealership, a nice sales rep just dragged it on and on, kept us waiting forever, as if we were supposed to stew in our own juices. Dumb! Josh and people at OTS were prompt, informative, attentive. Not pushy. Josh even assured us hewasn't trying to rush us... just wanting to respect our time limits. as we'd stated them. It was clear to us that Josh is very proud of the dealer he works for. Took us on a tour of service dept. Made sure we had cards and brochures. Buying a car from Orland Toyota/Scion was a pleasant experience. The sales and finance people were very nice and made me feel comfortable. I did not think I would be able to afford a car but they worked with different financing options and I was able to make the purchase. I was very pleased with my purchase and would highly recommend anyone to this dealership. I also highly recommend Rima Hamad, she was fabulous! And Micheal Browner did everything possible to get me a good deal on a great car! And I can't forget the person who got the ball rolling for me, Pam Sinclair....you made me feel at ease. Thank you.

My wife and I just purchased our THIRD new vehicle from Orland Toyota-Scion. Our siblings add another three vehicles that our family has purchased from them. I have bought a lot of new vehicles during my life (15), so I've had a lot of "experience" with new-car dealerships. In my view, Orland Toyota-Scion sets the standard that all dealerships should strive to achieve. From the Sales team (Chris Fischer and John Bingham, particularly), Finance, Service, to the receptionists, this dealership understands how customers should be treated. I'm all about doing the job the right way, and trying to be the best at what you do. Simply, that is Orland Toyota-Scion.

We've purchased 6 cars from this dealership and have always had a pleasant experience. John Davison (our salesman) has been wonderful. Always willing to answer our questions, get us what we want and very pleasant to work with. We love our Toyota's and will continue to purchase them from Orland Toyota and John Davison. This was the first time dealing with Roxann Seckus in the finance department. She was very helpful and personable without pushing things on us. All in all, we have had great experiences and we highly recommend this dealership.

I gave Orland Toyota high marks all across the board because they exceeded my expectations in every way possible. They were very friendly, not pushy or overbearing, very helpful, and above all very competitive and willing to work hard to get the vehicle I wanted in a timely fashion.
