great service

The salesman Rob, was a pleasure to deal with.Very professional and besides all the other accolades you may usually hear,he had a great personality.That may be more essential than anything, in my opinion.The finance guy I dealt with (I think I know his name, but I don't want to get it wrong) was also a pleasure to deal with.

EXCELLENT SERVICE FROM SCOTTY EBISCH

I LIKED SCOTTY EBISCH HE WAS EXCELLENT VERY HELPFUL EXPLAINED EVERYTHING IN DETAIL ESPECIALLY WHICH I NEEDED BEING A WOMAN I UNDERSTOOD EVERYTHING HE TOOK ME MONDAY JAN 19TH 2015 IT WAS LATE FOR OIL CHANGE I ENDED UP NEEDING A FEW THINGS ALSO I CALLED TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT FOR JAN 22 2015 BECAUSE HE EXPLAINED EVERYTHING ELSE I NEEDED DONE ESPECIALLY NEW BRAKES I AM VERY HAPPY WITH HIS SERVICE HE ALSO GAVE ME THE SAME MECHANIC I HAD THE FIRST TIME LOU

Super service plus friendly environment

Everything ran so smoothly, and professionally - from dropping off my car, seeing Rick , requiring a courtesy car - paperwork etc., receiving the "all is fine call and your car is ready for pick-up", to paying the bill - all done without any glitches in a truly very relaxing and friendly environment.

Great, Excellent service!!

Service advisor Rick Meyers was outstanding. Very pleasant and took the time to explain my services that were due on my vehicle, including an open Recall I wasn't even aware of. Excellent experience!!

Great customer service and experience

I felt like the salesman really took the time to explain the car and it's pricing. The paperwork process was very quick when I returned to pick up my new vehicle. There was excellent customer service and a professional atmosphere.

Ryan Anderson and the dealership are excellent

Ryan Anderson is a professional, kind, honest, patient, and extremely helfpful sales person. Not only did he show me the best features of the car model I wanted to buy, he also convinced me to buy the higher model of the same car, just by pointing out an enhanced safety feature during the car drive and without being pushy at all. When I went back to conclude the deal, we had only 20 minutes before my bank would close for the weekend. Ryan was able to get an acceptable price for my old car from his manager (who is a kind person too) and accompanied me to the nearest bank that was on the point of closing, waiting outside in my car till I completed the transaction. In few hours, I entered the dealership with my old car and exited it with the new one, all taken care of (insurance, temporary documents, etc.). Afterwards, Ryan has always been kind and patiently answered all the questions I had related to the use of my new car. I highly recommend Ryan and the Paul Miller Honda dealership.

Great Experience

I purchased a Honda Civic from Paul Miller Honda. As I work for a not for profit, the deal took some time between the price quote & the actual purchase of the vehicle. Louis Gentile, the salesman, was very understanding about how long it took to complete the purchase - although he checked in via e mail from time to time, he never applied undue pressure to make the purchase. It was the best experience I've had purchasing a car to date.
