It was a great experience working with Kim. I was looking for a used Honda Civic and Kim helped me to get the car as per my specifications and provided useful suggestions as well. The best thing I liked about him was his straightforwardness in all aspects of the deal ( car price, history, appearance). The facts were not tweaked like other dealerships. For e.g. before test drive itself, Kim showed me a sheet containing carfax accident history of all cars I choose which helped me to narrow down my options. In few dealers I visited, I came to know of the same after I had test driven the car. They don't constantly bug you on phone or emails. I am still getting emails from other even though I have stated that I have already bought a car. Also, there are no hidden charges and not much bragging about the price.

This excellent rating is given for this car purchase because of friendly interactions with the sales force, attractive purchase price and large selection of cars available on the lot. During my information gathering phase, I had the opportunity to interact with 2 salesmen. Both were friendly, knowledgeable about the cars and available at the times of my visits. Neither salesman was pushy at any time and were able to answer all of my questions. I drove the cars of interest several times to help me decide on the best vehicle. Secondly, the prices that were quoted were very attractive and were the prices that ended up on the invoice. And the price included the destination charge, which other dealerships did not include in their internet quote. Lastly, I originally focused in on a LX model and inquired about several options to make the car unique to my needs. Ultimately, I decided to purchase a EX model as it offered the best overall value. Both models were available on the lot in the color (both exterior and interior) of my choice. The car was ready on the day of my choice (I had extra options added that required service - all of the arrangements were handled by the salesman. Lastly, my interaction with the finance department was friendly, efficient (didn't take too long to sign all of the papers) and and painless. I am very happy with my purchase and would purchase another vehicle at this dealership.

I did my homework and then only had to visit Paul Miller Honda to get a great deal on a 2013 Civic LX. Mike Lefthand, the Internet rep was very straightforward to deal with as was Jon "Buzz" Burzawa who sold me the car. There was no pressure or misleading tactics. Everything went fast yet Jon was very helpful at getting me acquainted with the car. I am very happy with the car and the experience I had there.

I had absolutely no hassles working with these people....

I had absolutely no hassles working with these people. They are friendly and knowledgeable, and they don't try those "waiting" tactics I've dealt with at other dealers. Mr. Gentile didn't keep trying to adjust the price and make it higher. The price that I paid was even lower than I requested! I'm so happy I came here!

Jon works with you to help getting you the car you want...

Jon works with you to help getting you the car you want at a price that is affordable. I live about 20 miles away from this dealership and I just stopped to browse since I was in the area. There is many dealerships closer to my area but I couldn't go anywhere else. There is no pressure, no dealer tactics that always turns me off. He is great! Explains every thing that is needed to make you feel comfortable with your purchase. I also had a great experience with the Finance person Rick. He was ready with all the papers needed to expedite the closing and explained clearly every doubt I had. I will continue to do business with this dealer,with Jon and will reccommend to family and friends.
