Great service
Had a front end problem while on the road. Called service dept. and they were able to schedule me for that afternoon. Fixed the problem in about 2 hours while I waited. Have always had a good service experience with Paul Miller Honda. Service writers are always professional and cordial. I highly recommend this dealership.

Jose was knowledgeable of the Honda product line, made us feel comfortable and addressed both my son (it was his first experience buying a car) and myself very respectfully. He was patient and provided options, along with sharing personal experience with his own cars. I was impressed with what Honda offers the owners of lease trade ins and when I'm ready to replace my own car some day, I would strongly consider Honda of West Caldwell.
