quick response for service
once I called I got an appointment in 2 days, but I got the recall notice in January and called then I was told I would be contacted when parts came in. After 2 months I called to follow up and got the appointment.

Excellent Service
This is my third new lease with Millburn Audi and customer service is excellent. Leo was very knowledgeable, personable, friendly, and efficient. The rest of the staff were very friendly as well. I would definitely go back.

Painless experience
Dealership is clean and employees friendly. Whole process was very quick and efficient. Paperwork was ready and organized; appointment was right on time; car was out front ready to go. No problems at all.

Efficient service
Orlando is always pleasant, knowledgeable and efficient. There does appear to be a breakdown in communication between scheduling and parts, as I brought this car in previously after a notification that they were ready to repair the ds airbag, but once I dropped it off and drove a loaner home, I was called to say they didn’t have the part. Very frustrating. I did not receive a customer survey after that visit.

35,000 mile oil change and inspection
Although I was not able to qualify the use of a loaner car, the length of the service (approximately 90 minutes, per the service consultant) was short enough were I could stay at the dealership and wait. The elapsed time was actually 90 and all the necessary checks and the service was performed. I had one of the first appointments of the morning (7:30), so everything went smoothly.

35k mile Service appt
Service appointments are simple, quick and Audi provided a loaner car for the duration of service. The service advisor was knowledgeable and able to answer any questions or concerns I had. He kept in touch with updates and discussed my options on certain areas of concern.
