Unfortunately, my experience was not good. The dealer was unwilling to do a virtual tour of the vehicle. They advertised this option but could not follow through. Received several emails asking how the service was but I suspect that this was a bot. Too bad they had the car and I was willing to buy.

Hello Brian, I was able to look into this matter and we did communicate with you several times about you wanting to do a live view. As per the management they did not have someone to do a live view on that specific vehicle, as we told you. They were willing to send you pictures and speak with you. Your response was "too bad" and that was all. We are not responsible for what the the 3rd party puts on there website as for as offers. Best of luck on your searches.

Go to a different Honda dealer

Went here to check out a Honda Ridge line going over the numbers they said they would give in Internet price which is the sticker price plus an additional $3500 or if I walked in off the street it would be an extra $6000. Don’t waste your time go to any other dealership

Mr Otero was excellent, didn't pressure us at all, and went out of his way to save me literal hundreds every month on my insurance after he found me the exact lease that I wanted. Would highly recommend him!

We were a little nervous going in to lease a car as we knew the market is at a point where prices are up and inventory was low. When we were informed of a new 2021 accord was available to lease we wanted to check it out. David was very helpful and informative and made us feel at ease with our decisions. We did not feel pressured and even put down a full refundable deposit so we could keep looking around in case we changed our minds. Thank you for such an easy process and we love the car!!

The worst place to go to!

Beware of this dealer! They treat their customers so unprofessionally and try to steal your money on top of that. I had the worst experience ever here. I had to call corporate and put a complaint. I was furious and embarrassed. I couldn’t believe they could treat me with such disrespect. The service manager has absolutely no business being there as he lacks the communication skills needed to deal with customers and any issues that arise. He treated me as if i was an idiot as well as the other associates. They caused damage to my car after an oil change and transmission fluid change. They tried to charge me the diagnostic fee also and told me they had nothing to do with the damage caused. I went to a mechanic who confirmed they were absolutely responsible for the damage. On top of that, they suggested I had to change another part that would cost me $900 and the mechanic I paid to fix my car after the damage they caused stated that there was nothing wrong with the additional parts they were trying to get me to fix. I would never refer someone here unless they want to get disrespected and have their money stolen from them.
