My first BMW
I had been on the market for a couple of months, interested in a hybrid / electric vehicle. When I found the i3 I only hoped it would be within the price range Ihad in mind. The service team, and specifically Art, did a great jobn in explaining all the conditions, the vehicle characteristics, and then completing the sale. Shoutout to Tim who helped me configure the car, and to Amanda who helped us with paperwork without any trouble.

Maintenance Check Up
Great Evening..! It was time for my maintenance check up and oil change. I am new BMW lease customer and so far the service has been wonderful. Unlike my previous and different car maker / dealer, I learned that BMW does not rotate their tires during an oil change. HHmmm. The service facility is clean and the Service Department host ( Ryan ) and hostesses at the receiving dock were friendly. Thank You..!

Experience of Servicing at BMW SpringField
It was great experience at BMW Springfield. Person told me that it would take almost 90 mins to finish servicing. But actually, servicing was done in 45 minutes. Car washing was not working but they gave me pre-paid card for car wash 2 miles from their center. Thanks again !
