Great overall buying experience!

Great overall buying experience! From beginning to end, our Sales Advisor, Juan Carlos, provided us with excellent service. Being from a large family, we have shopped for many vehicles and this was among the very best and smoothest experiences we ever had. The Maplecrest team were all very professional and helpful. I highly recommend Juan Carlos and this dealership for being fair and straightforward.

Waited for ever for an oil change.

Waited for ever for an oil change. Then got tricked into paying for services that were never done. Ended up having a welders blanket missing. Got low balled on an offer on my vehicle. Had damage to tpms sensors. Went back to report it just to tell me it wasn’t their fault and gave me a horrible price for me to fix. Last time I purchase or get any service done at this dealership. Don’t sign a documents when getting service. They just end up saying you ended up signing for additional services you didn’t even know about. Don’t sign anything on their iPads. If you do just know your signing for additional services you did not request. Example was I went for an oil change and ended up with a bill for an oil change, topped of fluids, rotation of tires etc. popped the hood just to see nothing topped off. Wheels were not rotated because the tread was the same and had my tire stamped from a previous wheel balance smh. Missing welders blanket and a TPMS sensor damaged that when I went back. Be safe.
