Worst place I've been

I bought my used car almost 10 month ago. The work on the car that they promised they would do has still not been done.. I have called and got nowhere. I've also left 3/5 messages for the owner mike, and 3 for a manager named Eric. My car was there for a week they did my free oil change, that cost me 31$$ and did nothing else.Every time I made an appt with my sales rep he promised to take care of things,but always seemed to forget I was coming, and would just leave me to fend for myself.. I guess I'll see what happens in 2017....

Failed to provide complimentary car wash

25k mile Toyota Care check-up today, service clerk asked at time of drop off if I would like the complimentary car wash, to which I said "yes" and clerk circled "yes" on the form. After done I went home and saw when I got out that the car was not washed. Called and asked if I could bring it back in for the wash, and was told "sure bring it back in". Get there and driver told me the car wash was broken. These things happen, but heck, 1) tell me it was broken before I left and 2) don't tell me to bring it back when its broken! Bad communication and integrity, makes me question how the service work itself is handled?? Trust broken.

Terrible Service

We purchased a used car and had promised service to be performed on repairing simple parts on the glove box and filling a cracked windshield. Company has no communication between after sales market and service. upon arrival at the scheduled date and time they had no idea why we were there, could not locate parts or complete the service. I would not recommend buying a vehicle here if they cannot improve their service.

Rude and unprofessional!

My 71 yr. old mother went for a air bag recall and in addition spent over $370 on a battery for her 2011 Toyota Prius, only to find the inside of her door panel damaged. She keeps her car spotless so when she noticed the damage she went back and was given a runaround. I went with her and the manager told us to get out of the premises and its not their fault, it broke on its own, really? I could not believe the way he talked to us; 2 women just wanting it fixed like it was, we treat animals better. We own 2 other Toyotas and will definitely drive the distance to go somewhere else. Rude, disrespectful, unprofessional, that's just few words how we would describe Pauly Toyota .

Excellent Customer Service!

Have yet to have a bad experience at Pauly Toyota in both the sales and service departments. There is no other dealership I would trust to work on my car. The technicians are well trained and the service advisors and management is friendly and accommodating. I recently purchased a 2016 Rav4 and it was an incredibly smooth process. I got all the features I wanted with a great price to match. I'm all about customer service, and Pauly continues to exceed my expectations!

New and satisfied customer!

Kara Powell did an exceptional job helping me locate a new vehicle . She is a true sales professional. Kara followed up appropriately and made me aware of new arrivals. This was the first time I have enjoyed buying a vehicle. I'll be back!

Very Pleased with Sales Associate

We stopped at Pauly Toyota in Crystal Lake looking for a used vehicle. It was the first dealership we chose to visit. Paul Ahmed, sales associate, came out to the lot to greet us immediately, and we took an instant liking to him. He was warm and sincere and extremely knowledgable. We bought a 2015 Toyota Sienna from him, just the type of vehicle we were looking for! It was the first and only dealership we checked out, and the Sienna was the only vehicle we looked at and test drove. Paul was very accommodating and made us comfortable throughout the whole buying process. We have yet to have any dealings with the service department, but feel we can recommend this dealership to friends and family and definitely recommend Paul Ahmed as a very considerate, capable, and friendly sales consultant, he really took the time with us and listened to what we were saying. And since we live in Crystal Lake, we were very happy to keep our business in town.

Terrible professionalism. Management lied.

I would put a zero. Management lied about appraisal price. Unprofessional. Building is dirty and unkept. Unpleasant experience. Drove out 3x 40 mins each way. Highly do not recommend.

Not great

I test drove a vehicle and after a couple weeks of talking with the salesman, I decided to buy the vehicle. I took a last test drive and several problems popped up during the short trip. I informed the salesman and he told me "Good thing it didn't happen after you bought it." He then kind of chuckled and started to walk away. When I asked if he was going to do anything, He apologized, shrugged, and walked away. I attempted to call twice and never received a return call. It looks like the vehicle was immediately returned to the sales lot.
