I hate buying cars but this was surprisingly quick and easy. I appreciate Eddy and his team for working with me and making this a painless process. I recommend... them based on service and the quality of the vehicle I purchased. Thx!
Drove for almost an hour to get to the Gold Coast Perillo BMW location after emailing my interest in a specific vehicle and setting up an appointment.... Met a sales person, test drove the vehicle, kick the tires, everything you do before buying. When we were going to buy the car, we were told the automobile had been sold early that morning with wired funds. We wasted nearly 5 hours of our time, driving to and from the dealership and time spent with the sales rep to hear that someone forgot to tell any one who would listen that the car had been sold. Manager was nonchalant about it and basically told the salesman, it is what it is. She had the file on her desk and couldn't tell the salesman, who's desk was across hers, that the car we were test driving was sold. There was no remorse, no trying to make things right. Never again going to any Perillo automobile dealerships. Especially avoid Perillo BMW.
We just purchased a used BMW 550xi. The process couldn't have been more painless. My friend purchased a vehicle from here a couple weeks ago, we came... back and purchased our vehicle here as well. All because of their customer service, honesty and dedication to taking care of their customers.
We bought an X3 from Don. He was friendly, knowledgeable and not pushy. I’ve been to 25 dealerships while car shopping in the past month and this was... the best experience. We won’t be buying a car from anywhere or anyone else.
I bought and financed a 2016 # series from Perillo the week of Jan 7, 2019. One of the very specific points brought up by the Salesman (Marco) was that... the car had the remaining 30,000 mile maintenance warranty. Although I wasn't planning on "cleaning up" on usage of the remaining warranty, it was a plus that I would at least get a scheduled maintenance or two out of it. I scheduled an oil change for Monday May 20. After the work was finished, I was informed that there was a $180 charge as the maintenance warranty was not transferable. In short, I was lied to when I bought the car. When I arrived to pick up the car after 3pm, Chris Doko (the service writer) was VERY polite, and directed me to the general manager on hand so I could voice my complaint. The general manager on duty argued with me about what I had agreed to originally. Admittedly, I made a loud scene, and ultimately the general manager gave up arguing with me, and threw me out of his private office. Since I would not go way with this complaint, the general manager eventually agreed to waive that day's payment for "goodwill" purposes. The General Manager bought no goodwill with his behavior. Instead of looking at the work being done, the mileage on the car (and discerning that I probably would not be back again before the expiration of the warranty), and figuring it made good business sense to waive payment, the General Manger made it very clear how Perillo ultimately does business and treats their clientele. I have bought cars from 3 different BMW dealerships, but I don't repeat business with businesses that lie to me. I will not buy another car from Perillo. Ever. Dennis Dooley
3hrs.sale. the lady that helped us with the paperwork is very nice. I’ll be in the store soon to pick up some swag (BMW pro-V’s, tire valve caps with the... BMW logo, too!
If you need a car, go see Peter. I contacted the dealer just a few minutes before closing one night and he answered all my questions I had on a used car... they had just posted. Since we are 3 hours away I told him we could come up to dealer on Friday (his day off). He made time for us on Friday and came in when he didn't have to. We saw car, paperwork was quick and easy, maybe 10 minutes, and we were out the door! That was by FAR the quickest buying experience at a car dealer I've ever had. Everyone there was helpful as we got there early for our appointment with him. If we ever need a used car again, I would easily drive 3 hours to buy from Peter and this dealer again.
I just bought a 2017 BMW 740i XDrive from Joe Perillo BMW dealership in Chicago; during the car review process I somehow missed the curb rashes on the... two front wheels. When I called the dealership and asked for fixing the wheels, they said that it's been three weeks and not our responsibility anymore; upon insistence they said we will pay half of the cost. Understand this, I spent $50,000 for this car just few days ago at that dealership and the reason I was not able to call them sooner is because I had to travel abroad for few days and they treating like this. Needless to say, I experienced extremely poor customer service throughout and totally frustrated. I would strongly suggest avoiding the dealership.

Mark Schneider, general sales manager, lied to me face to face. His salesperson Mahmoud Parsa fraudulently sold an extended warranty. I asked for a refund.... Schneider said he would cut a check and mail it. He never sent the check. I recommend taking your business anywhere else.
