Service

There was a problem getting the muffler. It took a week to get the job done. This is too long to get a part.

Satisfied customer

So far I've had no issues with this dealership. I also purchased my vehicle from Webb Chevrolet. Therefore I receive my repairs and oil changes from this dealership as well !

No problems with the service. There was a snack machine and free coffee if needed while waiting for the servicing of car.

New car sales

Great staff,very friendly,answered all my questions and was able to come back for random info I had questions on. Julius, my salesperson is awesome. Ask for him by name. I told him what I wanted and what I can afford, and he brought out exactly what I needed. Did not push me at all.

The Worse Customer Service!!!

I needed replacement of keyless remote 12 days after the warrenty ended. Manager refused to speak with me. Paid $200 to replace it once again.
