I came in to trade in my current lease a year early. I worked with Armond Simonian and he was great throughout the whole process. He was not pushy at all and had was very knowledgeable about each car we looked at. He knew what i wanted to pay and he made it happen. We just bought a 2015 Prius C and I enjoyed my new "high-tech" commute to work this morning. Thank you Chris and also Moustafa, for enabling my wife and me to get a cool, economical and super-reliable car! We appreciated your good humor and ability to answer all our questions, and the car seems brand new even though it has 28K miles on it. We were confused about what to do about our old cars, and we feel like we got the perfect replacement car at the right price! Also, we really appreciated the dog-friendly showroom!

Excellent service
My 2015 Sienna had a weird and unusual issue on the heating system. Toyota Universe Service Dept. patiently traced the cause of the problem step by step and finally fixed it. Special thanks to Service Manager Carlos, Service Adviser Johan, Senior Technician Tom, and all other service dept people who helped me in solving this problem.
