I came in and looked at the inventory and was really impressed with the 2010 Camry SE. I told my sales rep that I wanted the car and he was able to make it happen with ease.

From the moment that I walked into the dealship I was greated with a smile. Wildredo Vega offered us snacks, coffee, and a place for my children to be entertained. He walked us through the entire process and made sure that we left extremely safisfied with our puchase. I will highly recommend toyota universe but it wouldn't be anything without employs such as Wilfredo Vega. THANKS FOR EVERYTHING

Be careful when signing documents. They sneak in extras, put duplicate charges & difficult to get refund. Struggling to get refund for past 50 days. When documents are signed & if you find cost discrepancies, they treat the person as stranger & try not to give your money back. Sales guy doesn't want to help after his part is done. They give invalid reasons not to refund & say they added $500 to provide this feature. Don't take Toyota's financing. There are good financing options at cheaper interest rates like DCU, PenFed. Also toyota warranty is $2000. They mention it as 2500 & put 2000 in paper. Do your study well before you enter the dealership. Otherwise they will rip you off. Bargain to the lowest amount. Beware of finance guys who asks you to sign the documents. Read the fine print before signing. These are the lessons I learnt. I will never recommend this dealer ship to anyone. They don't have proper business ethics & values.

Jorge is one of a kind. He's extremely patient and attentive. He doesn't try to push anything. This is the second time I've come to see him and just as satisfied now as I was the first time I saw him.

If anyone out there is thinking about buying second had or a new vehicle should definitely consider getting a Toyota. The best place to go should be at "Toyota universe" at Little Falls on route 46. It was my first experience dealing with a sales person and that person who I highly recommend is JOHN GWER (ask for him) this person was very helpful and patient with me. And really help me out with the car that I wanted.. I cannot really say anything but nice things about this sales person and the customer satisfaction I received at this place so if you're looking to get a Toyota and deal with the best salesman come here and again ask for JOHN GWER.......
