I couldn't have asked for a better car buying...
I couldn't have asked for a better car buying experience than the one I received at Toyota Universe, They really do care about their clients, the entire process was fast and easy . They make you feel comfortable the whole time giving you an experience you will never forget. Dave also followed up with me a couple of days later to make sure I was enjoying my new Toyota. The whole staff was great and would give Dave and the entire dealership 5 stars and recommend them to my friends and family.

Very poor car salesmen tricks! Try to gouge you on...
Very poor car salesmen tricks! Try to gouge you on price, good thing I research on the internet sites like this one. Unfortunately, I thought from the reviews they would not play any games. Was I wrong! Requested eQuote (suggest you do, see below) and arranged to see car. Came in with my wife, waited over an hour, no real apology. Test drive went ok. Sat down for price. Shows me crazy pricing scheme with the old selling line of "This is amount we don't make money" and added on a $600 profit fee plus a 'required' etching fee (a simple online search indicates this is scam if required) plus other fees. (Must be what they tell ppl who don't get the eQuote) eQuote was much less (even considering added hidden 'fees'). Showed eQuote but they never honored their own offer. Started saying things like "lowest we can go is ..." giving higher numbers than their own quoted internet price! Their website states they have an Internet Price Protection, so I also brought with me a print out of another online quote and they didn't even consider it. I left and tried to email them the next day to sort this out but they did not respond. I was never rude and only shared my internet research knowledge. Thankfully now there is the internet and websites like this one that allow us to share experiences and be prepared before going to dealers.

I called Toyota Universe and was connected to Mike, he was great!! I scheduled an appointment to test drive a 2011 Toyota Camry and drove home with one that same night. I was so happy because I really wanted a certain color and with a sunroof and all of that was available. Overall my experience with Mike and Toyota Universe was wonderful. I have recommended so many family and friends to this dealership because I just can't get over the customer service and attention I was given before and after my purchase. I have even received several calls after my purchase to make sure everything is fine with my car and if I had any questions. Mike also speak Russian. I would recomend to all people who speak same language atleast talk to him. He may help you too.

We visited this dealer on 1/26/13 to purchase a new Corolla for my mother. She is on a fixed income and was terrified to spend money. The place was VERY busy and we stood around for about 5 minutes until Mr. Hernandez walked past us. I HATE when you get approached by a sales person. I love when they let you ask. I like time to look at the cars and get a feel for the place. Mr. Hernandez was no pressure but all professional! He was extremely nice, did not talk down to us, and was very honest. We agreed on a price and were ready to sign in literally 10 minutes. He explained everything to my mother and was very patient as she had not has a new car in 20 years and EVERYTHING on the car was new and amazing to her! My mother had a trade in but i drive so Mr. Hernandez delivered the car himself to her job today. I would recommend this dealership to ANYONE in the market. After all, I trusted them with my mother and they were great. Mr. Hernandez did right by us. He is a great salesman and Toyota universe should be proud to have him as an employee!

I visited this dealership over the weekend to purchase my used Toyota Camary. I was happy with all the vehichles they had on the lot. They had a great selection. My salesman Guiseppe was very professional and helping me with my purchase. He helped with my loan and beat my bank's interest rate and gave me a better deal. The Sales Manager Cesar came out to meet me to ensure that all my concerns and questions were answered. They made the whole experience a very simple one. I will be referring all my family memebers and friends to this dealership for their vehicle purchases.
