The "we have important information about your warranty"

The "we have important information about your warranty" and "your car is due for service" calls/emails/texts will NEVER stop if you buy a car from this dealership. Their service department obviously has aggressive monthly footfall targets and they ramp up the calls/emails/texts whenever they need to hit those goals - it has nothing to do with what you or your car actually need. It's all a feeder system for them to work their comp plans, and they have no desire to actually make your life easier as a customer.

Laolix is the best!

Laolix is the best!!!! she was so helpful in helping me chose a vehicle that best suited my needs and she made me feel so comfortable and i would recommend her service to anyone!

We neeBetter quality of negotiation and attention

I was looking at a Corolla 2022.sales manager added 1500 dealer prep .with a payment that added up a 19k car to a total of 36k and no where in the website did it specify a 1500 prep fee.then I asked some gentleman named Allan to help with splitting the difference he said give him a minute which he never came back leaving me in limbo looking silly at the front of dealership for a good 30 minutes .i then mentioned a trade in that made them bring me back a payment higher than the first payment adding in a trade that was PAID off .what was up with that math .?The experience made me dizzy and confusing just like this review .im still confused .Well thank you for narrowing my dealers to visit in the future .almost made me feel like they did not want to sell me a car ,like they realized a typo on the price and was trying to draw me away from it so they can up the price on the site .oh well .good luck to you guys .

Bait and switch

False advertisement. A used car listed on the web for $28800. Called to confirm the price and sited the internet price advertised + doc fee + title&registration fees. Upon the arrival the price got increased by $4000 stating that the internet price doesn’t include preparation fee(blinker fluid fee), etch fee (snake oil fee), doc fee and title&registration fee. Took some effort to remove the snake oil and blinker fluid fees, but still feel comfortable getting a car from them due to deceptive tactics to lock you into a monthly payment rather than talk about the financing terms including APR and the term length. The staff is friendly if you are looking for a friendly staff.

I had a great service, Laolix made us feel comfortable
