GEORGE IS AMAZING

I bought an IS 300 F-sport from george slider there and everything was amazing! he was super helpful and comforting and he really made buying a car exciting and easy just the way it should be... I'd recomend buying a lexus from him!!!! GEORGE SLIDER everyone!! such an amazing dealership

just go to lexus of englewood instead

I purchased my car from this dealer which was a good experience, but their service dept. sucks. I've been here 2-3 times bc of the proximity to my house. But every time I come here, you have to wait about 10 minutes once you pull your car into the service bay before someone greets you. Also, if you are waiting a while, don't expect to get any kind of update. Today I waited 3 hours(getting two tires installed)and only got an update when I asked the service advisor. I really feel like I'm getting serviced at a kia dealer. No prestige in coming here at all. Next time I'll just save myself and head to englewood. P.S attention to details and little things like this go a long way. No water or bottles of water until I asked for water at the desk and she had someone replace the gallon. I came in at 11 am, I highly doubt that gallon went since opening. Stock the fridge you have instead of making customers walk over three building to buy their own from a vending machine. They have a popcorn machine in here like we are at the circus, which i might mention is stale as heck.

Ali Haltam the best

Just wanted to say that Ali was amazing. He got me the car l wanted at the price l wanted. The process was pretty painless and quick. I highly recommend seeing him for your next car purchase.

Great sales experience!

I walked into the dealership and was greeted by Ali and nothing but smooth sailing from there. I am the first person to admit that I am very hard to please and Ali was patient with me selecting the perfect RX350 for my wife. We went back and fourth many times but he was there to help out and answer all my questions. If you need someone that knows the product and is patient then Ali Alito is your man!! Thanks again for the great service!

SCAM ALERT! Go to YELP for REAL reviews!

Stay away from this dealership. Management is as shady as it get's! Saleman Izzy was a cool dude, but i only test drove with him. When i came back a week later to look at the numbers, izzy was busy so they gave me a different sales person. Now this so called sales manager came to me with an offer that included $18,000 DOWN! Yes you read this right, $18,000!!! On a NX200. These idiots are not negotiators, they are straight up trying to scam and rob you! Be alert and DO NOT GO TO THESE xxxxxxxx! P.S. It makes me wonder if these 5 star reviews are FAKE !!

lexus ls430

Contacted dealer on dec 9th about ls430 and asked for pics of car there were none on web site and car fax.Never got pics or car fax and never heard from them about my e mail.You expect better service from a lexus dealer.
