Excellent Customer Service

Purchased a pre-owned 650 convertible with x-drive. Gave me a very fair price for my trade-in and a very fair price on the 650. Fixed an issue on the 650 with ease and grace. They really strive to make the buying experience a pleasant one, and they certainly make sure you are completely satisfied.

Wonderful Experience!

The entire process of buying my new X5 from Prestige BMW was an extremely positive experience. Lori Asserson handled the details of the purchase and I very much appreciated her professionalism. Her knowledge and attention to detail made for a totally seamless purchase. Lori went above and beyond my expectations in helping with an out of state registration taking all of the worry out of the process for me. It was a pleasure working with her! Best Leasing Experience Ever

Absolutely the best

I was in the market for a new X5. After getting the "best" quote from other dealers, Lori Asserson gave me the truly best deal of them all. The whole experience was completely hassle free, and I felt I was being treated honestly and fairly. I cannot speak highly enough about Lori, and how helpful she was... Meanwhile, the car I was giving back in needed a lightbulb replaced, so Anna Marie was awesome in getting that done while I was doing the paperwork on the new X5. Only sad part is having to wait 2-3 weeks for the new car to be built, but luckily, it's built in South Carolina...would be longer if it was made in Germany! Prestige is the best!

CPO 2013 x5

I came to the dealership in the market for a cpo BMW x5. They showed me a few cars in there inventory I narrowed it down to a couple of cars and decided on one. The sales people were extremely helpful, I test drove one and bought it .Elvis was terrific in helping us decide. Robert was very patient with all of my questions and Dwayne walked me through the entire car and said I can call anytime with questions or just stop in and he would help me. I am very pleased with service I received at Prestige BMW

Best car buying experience around!

Lori Asserson has been my salesperson at Prestige since 2005, and I just bought my 5th BMW from Prestige. Lori is simply the best there is, she makes the process simple and pleasant, there is no hassle, and she will get you the car you want at the best price. In addition everything runs smoothly and efficiently at Prestige when it comes to completing the deal and picking up the car. Dwayne Wong went over the features with me this time and he was also great. He reviewed the features in the car quickly and efficiently, knew everything about the new technology and was able to answer any questions I had. Five stars all around!!

"EXCELLENT SERVICE AT PRESTIGE BMW IN RAMSEY!!!!"

I met Lori Asserson while out at a restaurant having dinner with my husband. She was seated right next to us and we casually started talking and had an immediate connection. My husband and I were looking to lease a 2017 BMW so we paid Lori a visit and had an amazing experience with her. She was so knowledgeable, professional and quick!! She got us exactly what we needed and worked very hard to make it happen. The staff was courteous and friendly. I would definitely recommend Lori to anyone i know looking to buy a BMW and definitely go back to her in the future. Thanks again Lori!! I'm so happy!!

Awesome BMW experience

I would rate Prestige as excellent in all categories.All of the people I met while purchasing my BMW were friendly, helpful and professional. They recognized our needs, likes and dislikes and worked hard to find answers for everything we needed. Our sales advisor Max Carela spent a great deal of time educating us on all of the features of our new car. We spent a good part of the day with Max and really enjoyed his personality and honesty. When we left the dealership at the end of the day I could honestly say we made a new friend.

Hands Down Best BMW Dealership

Prestige is the only BMW dealership I will go to when leasing a new car. I've been to Orange County and Manhattan and have had horrible experiences at both places. Prestige provides outstanding service all the time. They are helpful, knowledgeable, professional, friendly and truly care about their customers. They assisted me in turning my old lease early and were able to get me into a car I fell in love with. I highly recommend this dealership and will continue to be a Prestige BMW customer.
