Trust and Customer Service

I own two Toyota Sienna Vans, 2011 and 2012. I take both Vans in for service at Prestige Mahwah because I totally trust Caroline. I am a senior citizen and greatly appreciate that Caroline will take the time to explain to me what the vehicle needs and exactly why. Caroline is extremely knowledgeable, professional and a true asset to both Prestige and Toyota. It is because of the trust in her, and her knowledge, that I continue to return to Prestige for Service even though I live in Pompton Lakes. I have found all the employees that I have dealt with along the way to be extremely courteous, friendly and truly trained to give good customer service. My only wish is that they would have a Toyota Sienna loaner.

Great Times at Prestige Toyota

From the very first phone call I made to Prestige and Chris D'onofrio picked up the phone my wife and I had a perfect experience. He worked with us the whole way, was always available.(I still can't believe he actually called me back on a Friday night telling me he found the Prius we wanted after our first conversation that day). We came in, Chris was fun to work with and made the whole process incredibly easy for us. When it came time to meet with finance Jake Morgansein was also excellent, easy to be with, informative and tried to make the process as enjoyable as possible. Even the tech person who demonstrated and helped to set up all the technology in the care was great. AND...we love the car very much. On every level it was a great experience buying a car at Prestige. THANK YOU!!

Great Experience - OUTSTANDING Customer Service!

When my car finally "died", I went to Prestige Toyota, since my RAV4 had been so reliable for many years. I knew what I needed and wanted and asked the sales rep, Aaron Golub to help me find the right car. Aaron was friendly, knowledgeable, professional and extremely helpful. He suggested a 2015 RAV4 with very low mileage with the dark interior I requested. The entire process from sales to financing was quick and they could not have made buying a car easier for me. They even allowed me to drive my new car home and leave the rental car with which I came to the dealership in their lot, so the rental company could come to pick it up at their convenience. I highly recommend Prestige Toyota and could not be happier with my experience. GREAT group of people!

Excellent customer service.

Gabe gave me a clear and articulate explanation. He answered all my question and concerns. He even showed me how to change a battery of my car key. Liked him a lot.

Always superb!

From the moment you enter and Mike greets you to the time you leave it is always an outstanding experience. Wednesday I had the pleasure of working with Gabi Samman and once again I am absolutely thrilled with the superb service. Even the gentleman who brought my car out from being washed was courteous, personable, professional, kind and caring. Really really fabulous A great big thank you to you all!

New lease

Our old lease on a Lincoln was coming to and end and we had a list of several different dealers and SUV's to try out and compare. PT was our first stop and the Highlander was the first and only vehicle we looked at and test drove. Loved it. Didn't need to look any farther. Great dealer service.

Great customer service!

Many thanks to John Calderon, Anson Castillo, and Jake in the Finance department for making the purchase of our brand new family vehicle "pleasant." Based on past experiences, I am a pretty tough customer but you all were extremely patient, transparent, informed, honest and accommodating. I highly recommend Toyota Prestige if you are looking to purchase a new vehicle from a dealership represented by outstanding professionals!

Great hot chocolate

The service team from Michael where you check in your car to Jason the manager, was all a wonderful experience. Great service as usual. I love my highlander hybrid platinum and wouldn’t trust anybody else serviceing it. By the way the free hot chocolate was pretty good. Thanx
