I wish I could say something positive, jim the guy that was in charge of my service called me today to complaint to me about my bad review of him. Jim told now if I wanted to have my vehicle fix it couldn't with Chrysler jeep in little ferry. That I did it to myself. Shameful

Terrible service department
My 2022 vehicle broke down about 4 miles from the dealership after hours.Chrysler road service towed it there. A guy in service called me the next morning “I don’t know why you towed it her because we can’t work on it and you need to come get it “ I was like WOW you were the closest dealer. That was what Chrysler did. Not professional at all.
