Oil change
I brought my 2021 Jeep Wrangler in for an oil change on 1/19/23. As always, I dealt with my assigned service representative, Mike Falcone. He is the absolute BEST to work with! He never tries to sell me something that is not needs and he is always friendly and extremely knowledgeable. I brought my jeep in at 7:30am and Mike got me in and out in no-time!! Both of my jeeps will always be serviced at Teterboro because of Mike F.......👍👍

Oil change, horrible, wait to long
When I checked in for my oil change that man that assisted me was very helpful and nice. Wasn't rude at all. Very pleasant. I appreciate the kindness. Because people can be so mean. So then it's like why are you working here, it's your job. Thank you.

Carlos is my leasing officer and he is very practical and helpful. He understands what the client wants and work with you. His passion with his work and how to help his clients is what I liked the most, especially for me as a first-time lessee.
