Customer loyalty means nothing at this dealership. After multiple leases from DCH, I went to turn in my car, a sport model w/under 20k miles hoping to leave with a new lease and a possible upgrade since their loyalty program boasts ‘ low or no down payment’, potentially lower monthly payments. I left there w/higher payments for a vehicle that was a stock model with absolutely no amenities which I wasn’t even shown before leasing or I never would have agreed to lease it. Mind you I was so pressured I told them I wanted to leave, but was told they would give me a deal on a different model so I agreed sight unseen. The only thing the salesman was interested in was me giving him a 5 star review. So much so that he repeatedly called and left messages telling me to make sure I give him a great review. I will never do business with this dealership again, there is absolutely no advantage to being a loyal customer to them.
