If i could give 0 stars I would for how they handle cash buying customers. Used Service department damaged my car and refused to fix it correctly. DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE. I bought a 2018 Honda Civic EX from DCH Paramus Honda in cash and in full. I brought it back under my 30-day warranty window because the passenger-side LaneWatch camera wasn't calibrated. Instead of fixing it like a professional dealership, the Used Car Director, Jose Hernandez, tried to cheap out to save his department's budget. He ordered a cheap mirror off EBAY which arrived in the wrong colored part. When it arrived blue instead of black, his mechanics secretly tried to perform a sloppy camera-swap into my original mirror shell. They used metal prying tools and force, which completely damaged the internal structural brackets, left the clips exposed, and violently chewed up and ruined my factory plastic molding. When I mentioned this to him on the lot, Jose admitted it looked terrible but then tried to gaslight me by claiming my car had a “'previous aftermarket mirror” a complete lie to hide their own structural property damage. I escalated the issue to the Service Director, Daniel Talbot, and the General Manager, Wael Yunes. Instead of ordering a complete factory OEM mirror assembly to fix the structural brackets his mechanics snapped, Talbot and Jose emailed me confirming they are trying to force me to accept a cheap plastic “mirror cap” patch-job to cover up the broken base. Jose Hernandez then emailed me calling this a “goodwill courtesy” repair. This dealership severely damaged a cash-paying customer's vehicle through a deceptive, unapproved eBay repair, and is now actively refusing to replace the complete assembly they broke. I have a full email chain of this unprofessional runaround and I am filing formal fraud and property damage claims with the New Jersey Division of Consumer Affairs and Lithia Motors Corporate. If you look at the other 1-star reviews, damaging customer cars and trying to cover it up is a regular pattern for this facility. Avoid DCH Paramus Honda at all costs.
