I went with the scheduled appointment and they had designated a sales associate Mr.Ray Crespo. As soon as reached the DCH HONDA OF PARAMUS Mr Ray attended me immediately. Mr. Ray was extremely courteous and answered all my questions very clearly and helped me to take an informed decision. Mr.Ray was with me till I drove out of the dealership with my new vehicle. Sales associate like Mr.Ray are truly a great asset for DCH HONDA OF PARAMUS.

This was my 3rd Honda lease with Honda Paramus on route 4 and although I believe I should’ve had a better discount or deal for beginning a loyal customer, Hamad Deeb is so easy going. He get you in and out as fast as he can. I’ll recommend him EVERY TIME.

She asked me what my budget would allow, and then showed me cars that she felt would compliment my style, and preferences, and asked me what I thought of each. The buying experience was more like a partnership with the goal of making me a happy, and satisfied customer which I now am. Looking for a car, ask for Kay!
