I had the worst experience at Mercedes Benz Paramus!! I have been trying to get my money back from them. I never signed up for gap insurance but for some suspicious reason, it showed up on my contract. But when i tried to get my $1200 back, I never heard back from them. Ive been trying for over 2 months. I've called several times, Ive emailed them, and even showed up there but nothing from them. They said they'll get back to me, but NOPE! I've been ghosted! And the worst part, when I checked to see if I have gap insurance, the insurance company and the finance companysaid that I don't even have it!!! WOW!!! What a bunch of fraud. You think they're a legitimate company but they're not! BUYER BEWARE. Please read your contract several times over because some hocus pocus happens in that dealership!

The car dealer never had anyone on the phone.
The car dealer never had anyone on the phone. They never fulfilled the customer's promise and only deceived the customer. I bought the car in cash and only told me that I had to wait 90 days for the title after paying. Their sales are terrible, an untrustworthy car dealer. In the morning, ZACK told me that the title would be sent to me today. In the afternoon, he told me that I would have to wait 90 days.

We had Giovanny Riley for a salesman. He was amazing. He went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. We contacted him from New Hampshire because our daughter was looking and we found a used Mercedes SUV that she had her heart set on. Gio made it happen. We could not be more happy with our experience at Mercedes Benz of Paramus! We will be back to buy more cars from Gio!
