Excellent communication regarding work that needed to be done when I dropped the car off, when the mechanic advised about additional recommended work and clear explanation of the bill when I picked it up. SOOOO much better than where I used have my Accord serviced (much closer to me but going to Eatontown Honda worth the trip.)

Joe Budner is exceptional. I trust him and the work done on my car. It's nice to feel like I have a good person in my corner who ensures my safe travels :) I was greeted warmly by Andrew (I think) he was pleasant and efficient, enabling me to drop my car off in minutes.

Madison was very helpful, and a great car saleswoman. She explained everything throughly while also making me feel comfortable throughout the whole process. She was also very accommodating to anything I needed.
