Got my new civic from alyssia today and the entire process was a complete breeze. I decided to lease and she made everything so easy and painless. I chose the lease to own option and she thoroughly explained everything for me and got my wants and needs. I will be back every 3 years to see her

Come on Down

First time experience at this dealership and it was worth the trip. I came to Kay Honda because of Joe Guzzo who was previously at Academy Honda. I have known Joe for a while and he makes the car buying experience very easy and so less stressful.

Wonderful Experience

This review is dedicated to ALL of the DCH Kay Honda team that made our car buying experience truly pressure-free and wonderful. Specifically starting with the Internet salesperson: LASHAE, then Maria, followed by Dennis, Gene and finally Raymond. Dealerships in general (not all but many) are notorious for sales tactics, gimmicks, sales pressure, tag-teaming, needless add-ons etc...all of which can make for a very unpleasant car buying experience. my wife and I experienced NOTHING of the sort. We were pleasantly greeted by Gene and worked with Maria. After spending some time looking at cars that possibly fit within our buying parameters we didn't see any we truly liked and were about to leave. Our salesperson Maria didn't say or do anything to force us to stay or pick something we really didn't like or want (which was appreciated actually) Then Dennis just happened to come by and asked us "what about a CR-V?" Honestly, from previous dealerships we were led to believe that an SUV was beyond our reach (affordability). well long story short we left that early evening and are now proud owners of a beautiful Honda CR-V with low mileage and an affordable monthly payment. Our heartfelt thanks to this wonderful family of great customer caring people! I didn't want to leave. I even told Gene that i could see myself working there. I worked with Andrés and I had initially started my car search in 2018 and once I was ready in 2019 Andrés’s help was so helpful and gave me so much ease during my buying process. No nonsense experience

Just leased my fourth Honda from Joe G and the experience was smooth with no surprises. The financing was painless, they were fair with my trade-in and the price (again) was very good. If you live in Monmouth County and you are in the market for a Honda, DCH Kay is the place to go.
