battery failure

I took my car in with no appointment to have the dealer diagnose the cause of my battery draining every few days, necessitating a jump of my car. My car was diagnosed and fixed within 2 hours. Great work Ramon and DCH Kay Honda!

Excellent experience. Completely solved the problem.

I had a problem with my brakes. I was told it was my fault with which I will not argue. I did have this problem since I purchased the car and failed to have it checked out when I should have. Through the time I owned the car I repeatedly took it to Honda Universe in Lakewood, since it was closer to my home, for repair. Through the years several attempts were made to repair the vehicle including replacing the front brakes. Problem still not solved. Finally I brought it to DCH Honda in Eatontown. Problem was diagnosed and solved in one day. I feel I have a new car. Repair also included new front brakes to replace the ones installed at Lakewood 6 months ago. The service I received was excellent and I will be returning for future service.

Great job at good price

went in for front brakes and rotors cut .was out in hour half and done at a fair price after calling around to others i just did not trust those other places I left feeling good that i had honda do it and know i got quality parts and proffessional service.

Awsome customer service

I was referred to carlos from a friend and he made the numbers happen how i wanted them no stress no back and 4th got it down to the point also came from jersey to long island to drop off the vehicle cantnnot get any better service then this, i definitely recommend carlos

Incredible Overall Experience

This is my 2nd purchase from DCH Kay Honda and it far exceeded even my expectations from my first experience. Excellent & Helpful Service

I had originally gone into the Eatontown dealership with the thought that I would be working with Nader Awad, who was a friendly face to have first spoken to. Mr. Awad was working with a customer, and for the reason to not make me wait too long, he recommended me to work with George. I have to say this was an excellent recommendation and I am very pleased. George was very attentive and was clear about wanting to get me into a car I loved while remaining in my price range. Being a college student, while also trying to build my credit, Mr. Kourmouzis got me in a clean, reliable, and fairly-priced vehicle. He made me feel super comfortable during this process, which is also crucial to note. I highly recommend working with George, as I plan to do so in the future. Very happy customer!

Had a great experience at Honda!!!

Arnaud Kegbe was a wonderful sales person. He had a lot of patience with us and really took his time to explain everything. I would highly recommend Honda and their cars. The experience was A+ and super easy. Their service department rocks too. My experience with Honda was great. I highly recommend them. No hidden anything. What you see is what you get with them.
