DCH Kay Honda

We had a great experience with Steve at DCH today.... Leased a 2015 Accord Coupe and was able to get it for a fair price. Enjoyable test drive, sales and financing process. Steve even took the time to show me the bells and whistles the new Accord models come with and even set up my phone to pair with the car's Bluetooth before I drove away.

Our sales rep was Paul Kittner, who is professional, trustworthy, and extremely helpful. Likewise the management and all the other staff. I only wish it were time already to buy another car in my family or circle of friends, since I so much look forward to getting the next car at Kay Honda. My impression has been that Kay Honda employees truly want to see the customer leave happy with their purchase. Paul, Justin, Adrian, and the others went above and beyond what might have been expected in our case, and I truly appreciate their work. Thanks again!! I will hurry back, and send all my friends in their direction also.

A pleasure to deal with and no stress. Would highly recommend these guys. My sale guy Rustam was a pleasure to deal with. No bull just clear and precise information. No pressure to buy the car or any other after warrenties. Car was exactly what was advertised at the exact price. Everything was explain in great detail and I was in an out in no time feeling 100% better. Had been to 4 other dealers/2nd car places. Wish I had come here first and saved my self the time and effort on other places, where the cars were substandard or not described correctly. My original feeling was buying a car is a necessary evil, but I left having a complete change of attitude. I am extremely happy with the car and the salesman. STEVE SIMON WAS GREAT DO BUSINESS WITH. Finally someone conversed with me as an equal instead of talking down to me because of my being a woman over 60. I never felt pressured to spend anymore than I had planned, and Steve directed me to exactly the car I was looking for. I also appreciated the polite way he asked if he could try saving me money on financing, and luckily for me, he was able to. Definitely a salesperson who knows how to listen to a customer. I also want to acknowledge the employee who worked on my financing, Armando Lopez for being very efficient and a pleasure to work with.

We have been Honda owners for the last 30 years. Recently we sought out dealerships in our county to save time. However, none could compare with the Costco price of the Honda Civic we wanted. This is the third Honda we have leased from DCH Kay Honda in Eatontown, NJ. Our salesperson, Steve Simon, was courteous, knowledgeable and patient. He comes highly recommended as a salesperson to request when visiting this dealership. We will not hesitate to go back to DCH. All interactions with all the staff has been great.

Jeff Gutkind was extremely helpful from the beginning. As this was my first time buying a car I was very apprehensive about the entire experience, however Jeff made the process extremely easy. He did his best to accommodate any extras that needed to be added to the purchase.
