Excellent experience.

Dealer personnel were all well versed in what they had to do. They knew their jobs and were very efficient. Looked at several cars, test drove one, selected one and then purchased it, also traded a vehicle in. Quite a lot to do yet the entire experience only took 3 hrs. Art Smith was the person O dealt with at the dealership and he was as pleasant as could be. He was just excellent to deal with. I would recommend this dealership Bob Drummond

Great experience!

Scott was wonderful to work with. He was very receptive and understanding of my budget and helped me find the right vehicle for my situation. He was very understanding of my confusion at times, (I am 8 months pregnant and blame it all on baby-brain), and while I was ready to cry out of embarrassment, he made me feel very comfortable. All in all, it was a great experience.

"Awesome Experience"

My wife and I were out browsing at cars and DCH Honda was our third stop. We were also considering a few other makes. Ron Marino came right over introduced himself and asked us what we were looking for . He invited us to sit with him so we could determine what would work for us. Ron was very professional and I have to be honest really did his best to get us the best price we would be comfortable with. He made us feel very optimistic for the purchase of our new CR-V as did the rest of the Honda staff. I would absolutely come back to DCH Kay for a future purchase and I would absolutely deal with Ron Marino again!!!!!!!

Terrible and fustrating experience

Initially I wrote a very good review about this place everything was great till two months later I still have yet to receive my plates yet. They have been giving me the run around for the past couple of weeks someone in the dealership actually lied and said they delivered them to my house which was all false. Apparently I find out finally that they didn't have the title and there was a problem with the signatures on the title. In buying several cars I know that when you sell a vehicle you have to have the title and make sure it's clean. Still no plates I would definetly not recommend anyone to buy a car from here something doesn't seem right about this. They sure had me fooled when I first bought the car. I'm very disappointed and just want my plates which I paid for.

New HRX

I walked into Kay Honda and the first time I met Ed Garrigal. He took me for a test drive and gave me some good prices and info. By the time I was ready to buy, Ed was with other customers and introduced me to Paul Kittner. Paul found me the HRX! He completely put me at ease and made buying a car a fun experience. My mom thought Paul Kittner was a total gentleman and went above and beyond to make buying a new car a stress-free experience.. I love driving my new Honda. Oddly smooth and pleasant.

I spent some time working with Cara on deciding on a new car. She was extremely knowledgable and seriously helped me make this big decision. I would highly recommend her to future buyers and may send a friend or two her way if the need arises. I love my new Honda. Thank you!

Dave Radice is the best!

I went the lease versus purchase route for the first time, and what a good experience I had. On a Thursday evening I went to the dealership and met Dave, went for a test drive, talked trade-in and payments without any haggling and pressure, and the following Tuesday drove off in a beautiful new 2015 Accord! Dave Radice came highly recommended to me. It was a pleasure working with him and the very efficient administrator (sorry I cannot recall her name) who completed all the paperwork I had to sign! He is not your "stereotype" car salesperson at all!! Go see Dave -- he's a good guy to lease or buy a car from!

Kay was Great

Everyone at DCH Kay was great to deal with. Very large and open dealership. I wanted a very specific car and they went out and found it.

Awesome experience!

DCH Kay Honda was able to get me the payments I wanted without the hassle most people experience at other dealerships. Ray was friendly, honest and took the time to explain everything step by step. I would definitely recommend this dealership (and Ray!) to all of my family and friends.

Very fast and professinal

My wife and I went out to purchase a new car and DCH Kay Honda was our first stop. We had Honda on our list along with Toyota and Mazda.We were greeted by Ron Marino and after a short info gathering session we were on our test drive. Ron was very professinal and informative, and helped us make an easy decision with the Honda Civic. We had options, but thanks to Ron our first stop became our last. I think what made the experience easier weas that Ron was from the area and it was more like dealing with a neighbor thatn a sales person. He was aware of the situation we were dealing with as far as having chidren in college years and the added expense of purchasing a new vehicle, He gave us options on financing and we were able to find a dependable vehicle that worked within our budget. Time will tell about the vehicle, but as far as my experience with Ron Marino I would and will come back agin, and would recommend DCH Kay to friends and family.
