0ssie,manager and Nate salesman could not be more in touch with my requests. My 2009 Corolla was nearing its end. I bought it at Eatontown Galaxy. My family consistently purchased Toyota.vehicles. It was difficult to find what I wanted. Ossie found the car 2 hours away. Paperwork was completed. Nate drove it and put the license and cover on. Within a week I had an updated Corolla..It was a wonderful experience because of Ossie and Nate.

Chris was awesome. Completely helpful on the sale and stayed on top of the process after I drove the truck away. Also found Amanda very very helpful and responsive over the course of several conversations. However, did not get my plates and title until after my temporary tag had expired. Based on fact I got a request from Galaxy for a document a couple of weeks after the sale, have to believe at least part of the delay was caused by Galaxy. Fortunately Chris took my calls about where things stood even though it seemed outside his lane and helped keep me in the loop.

We have nothing but great things to say about our experience with KJ and Galaxy Toyota. Straight and to the point. Streamline process with knowledgeable people and very pleasant to deal with. Would definitely deal with KJ and his team again.
