Great Experience in buying a car..
I originally went to Pine Belt Nissan in search of a certified pre-owned car. My husband had bought one last November and was very happy with it. I went in with a specific list and honestly thought I'd have to wait awhile before something became available. I was pleasantly surprised when they came up with a new car with most of my wish list on the same day! They also gave me a great deal pricewise. The staff is friendly and helpful and did a great job with explaining anything I needed o know. if I need another car I will definitely be going back To Pine Belt Nissan! Thanks Guys!

Outstanding Customer Service!
I recently purchased a 2013 Altima from Pine Belt Nissan. Unfortunately about 3 weeks in the car started having an alternator issue, and wouldn't you know it, it wasn't "technically" covered under warranty. After several phone calls with the dealership I had the pleasure of speaking to John, the service manager. I must say it is hard in today's world to find someone who will really listen to your issues and try to do something about it. John Kravchak is one of those good people. He went far above and beyond to resolve the issue for me, including talking to the sales manager and corporate. The entire time he was incredibly professional, courteous and understanding. I can honestly say I feel very comfortable having my car serviced at Pine Belt Nissan. Thank you again John!!!!

Kevin Geiger was awesome.
Kevin Geiger was awesome. He and the team at Nissan did what ever took to help me get in a new car with payments within my budget. It is a process so sometimes it's difficult to be patient but Kevin made the time pass by quickly by talking with me, not at me. I will be a repeat customer and happily refer my friends and family to him.

Oil change
Was in for a regular oil change. They also did a multi point inspection and a car wash and vacuum all for no charge!! Was very happy with my experience. The staff was all very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable

Not Trustworthy...
Unfortunately I will not be coming back to this location every again. Called to get a quote/make an appt. to get tire/rim/hubcap replaced because of an awful pothole I hit. To my surprise, they said my tire was under warranty for Road Hazard (even checked with the manager to make sure)..so my tire would be replaced for free! (It was only 4 months old). I made the appt. knowing I was paying extra for the rim and hubcap but felt OK because I was getting the tire for free essentially. I got there at 9AM..it wasn't until 11:30AM that they came out and told me that my tire was actually not under warranty because there was no hole in it… I said ok..then you're saying I don't need a new tire? ..They said I did because it was "too dangerous to drive on" ???? I said well then it's damaged from the pothole right?..We went back and forth ..I refused to get tricked into paying $150 for a new tire just because they didn't ask me what kind of damage I had before I made the appt!! They refused to put the tire back on the car because I declined paying for a new tire..so I left there with it in the trunk and the donut still on…at 12:30 PM…apparently it takes 3 1/2 hours to put a rim and hubcap on. I called so many Nissan Dealerships that day asking if I was crazy or if this was normal…they ALL said it should have been made right by management, since they screwed up. I've also asked for a quote on damage above my gas tank twice now..once in December (which is even written on my bill) and again this time around. Still no answer?? I decided to wait a week to decide what I wanted to do..working from home because I thought my car was too "unsafe" to drive. I then made an appt with another garage for a new tire. They knew nothing about this experience..just that I asked for the tire to be replaced. They brought me into the garage to show me that nothing was wrong with my tire!!! They took it off ..did some tests…and told me I did not need a new tire! I couldn't believe it! I've gone to another place just to see if this was true..and again..didn't tell them anything..just that I wanted a tire replaced..and again..they told me there was nothing wrong with my tire! I was so upset that a Dealership could honestly take advantage of a customer like this. So disappointed. I've worked in retail management my entire life and understand running a business and the bottom line..but man, this was shady.

We have been dealing with Pine Belt for over 10 years.
My daughters lease was up on her Altima. My husband needed an oil change so while we were there we spoke with Steve Lanman and Rich Hendrickson. Of course we made a deal on a 2016 Maxima. The car is beautiful. As always dealing with Rich and Steve is a comfortable transaction. Professional and courteous at all times. We feel like family!

Sue Reynolds is your go to person
Not every transaction is going to be perfect. We hit a few bumps in the road, but Sue handled everything. As things came up, she assured me she would address them and she did. Most sales people promise the world and don't delivery. Sue is realistic, honest and keeps her word. I will definitely be a return customer because of Sue and have already sent her referrals. Thanks for everything Sue!!!
