Awful Experience.

Awful Experience. Service department is terrible. Nobody cares. Make you wait an obscene time even if you have an appointment. Employees an 15 minute personal calls instead of answering phone/helping out. Managers don't care - couldn't be bothered to call back and follow up. Won't be going there again. The Little Falls Schumacher is just as bad

Better plan ahead if getting serviced

Made an appointment to have my oil changed at 12:30. They didn’t bring my car in to get serviced until an hour later. Don’t bother making an appointment, they don’t care. And better plan to be there for a couple hours cause they take their time with everything

Very friendly

Very helpful and friendly dealership. Everyone was so nice. Work was done quickly and the service area was very comfortable I highly recommend any service or sales

Friendly and helpful sales people, excellent service, and the highest quality of work every time. This is the second vehicle I have purchased at Gearhart, and I will keep coming back.

Gary Eggers went out of his way to help us find the car we wanted and get it for us. Gary spent the time necessary to do the job right. John Sauter helped get us a price that was close enough to competitive offers that with Gary's great customer attitude we were willing to pay a little more to Gearhart and be satisfied.

Absolutely fantastic experience. True professionals with NO nonsense.I strongly recommend Gearhart Chevrolet. The staff, the facility and their ability to make an automobile transaction with integrity without the typical unethical games is rare among the majority of large dealerships in this area.

Gearhart Chevrolet was recommended by a friend for...

Gearhart Chevrolet was recommended by a friend for it's overall exceptional customer service and integrity. I had communicated with a multitude of Chevy dealers across several counties before deciding on purchasing a 2013 Chevy Cruze at Gearhart. It simply "felt right". Andrew and Tracy set the groundwork via email communication and were prompt in responding to my plethora of questions. Lou Bravo, my salesperson, was courteous and helpful, despite the fact I arrived at the dealership after 5pm on a Saturday unaware the dealership closed at 6pm. Our meeting lasted after closing hours. Lou's professionalism, as well as General Manager, John Sautter's, remained friendly and welcoming. I feel they were accommodating and fair on several levels during the purchase process, and am comfortable recommending Gearhart to friends and family for their future vehicle purchase needs.

The Staff at Gearhart Chevrolet made the painstaking task...

The Staff at Gearhart Chevrolet made the painstaking task of buying a new car stress free. After deciding we were going to purchase a Chevy Traverse I primarily dealt with John over the phone. He did a great job locating the vehicle that we wanted. After agreeing on a price I finally traveled (approx. 30 miles) to Gearhart for the one and only time during the whole process. Dennis did an excellent job detailing and explaining everything I needed to know about the Traverse, Marc made the paperwork a breeze and I was driving home in a new 2013 Chevy Traverse after a minimal stay at the dealership. I am glad I chose Gearhart over other Chevrolet dealers.

My 68 Impala SS ws sold to me by Harold Schumacher. My 74 Camaro was sold to me by Ken Schumacher as was the 76 Caprice Wagon as was the 97 Trail blazer. Beginning to see a pattern? Judy and husband Stev have been life long friends. Both the Schumacher and Tilton families are a great part of my life. Good people , good friends. Dennis
