Ripped me off on my used car purchase. Made me pay to return it and blamed me for not doing “my own research”

Hi Dave, Very sorry you were not happy with your transactions. To be fair to the readers, let's describe what happened. You originally visited to purchase a Honda Certified Preowned CIvic SI to which we worked with you on price and trade value. 2 weeks after purchasing your Honda Certified Preowned Civic SI you inquired about purchasing a new Civic SI and asked why we did not present that to you on your first visit. Our response was that we showed you the specific vehicle you came to see. There was no reason to show you a different vehicle. As there is no return policy on the purchase of a vehicle, we compromised the sale price of the New Honda Civic SI and paid full value for the trade in order to help you purchase the new Honda Civic SI. You accepted the terms and completed the transaction. It is never our policy to rip off a customer. Everything was clearly presented in order for you to make an informed decision. And under no pressure you decided to complete the purchase. Moving forward we hope you enjoy driving your new SI and we wish you many thousands of safe miles.

It was right to the point with Denis, and once the deal

It was right to the point with Denis, and once the deal was agreed upon. It was quick and easy! I was out the door in about an hour. I had unpleasant experiences with other Honda dealerships, but the one with Denis was professional and pleasant!

Too expensive for an oil change….

Too expensive for an oil change…..and I always get coupons after the oil change. Also bought multi-oil change package on Groupon and wouldn’t let me use it on non Honda vehicles. I was loyal to Joyce for all my vehicles. I will think twice now about returning

Unfortunately, outside forces have driven the cost of maintenance up on all parts etc. We request any promotions be presented during write up to ensure all discounts are applied before final close of each repair order. We are happy to work with you and save where we can on any service needs on all vehicles. Groupon has been exclusive to Honda/Acura vehicles only (disclaimer also present on Groupon voucher) as it has been designed around the cost of parts and labor for those makes/models. Any off-brand vehicle costs us more to handle and though we are happy to service those vehicles the cost unfortunately is higher. We have also messaged you directly to assist you. Service dept used to be much more organized.

Service dept used to be much more organized. Now if feels disjointed and not as organized. My wife waited a half hou just for someone to realize nobody connected with her yet to summarize the visit and return her keys.
