We have been using Joyce Honda service for our 2012 Civic since we bought the car in 2014. Each time, we are served well. The personnel are polite and helpful, the repairs are done well, and we have the feeling that our patronage is appreciated.

I brought my car to your service department because one place said I needed a new axle and another said I did not. My Joyce Honda service advisor said I didn't need a new axle but showed me the dry rot on the control arm bushing and recommended that they be replaced. When I told him about a rattling noise from the front end, he said the sway bar links also should be replaced. Mystery sound gone. Problem resolved. Thank you, Joyce Honda service department for a job extremely well done.
