Servicing my vehicle.

I visited Joyce Honda servicing center on Friday Nov 8,2019 for servicing my Honda Accord 2019 for first servicing after 5000 miles.With other usual points I specifically told to check the tire pressure as the dash board was giving me signals of low tire pressure. After servicing my car I took it back and ride for some 20/25 miles without any signals of tire pressure. But then again the low pressure sign appeared on dash board and it is still there. I wonder how the tire pressure goes down imminently after servicing. I presume that the low tire pressure sign was just removed without checking tires for puncture or any other reason. I am totally disappointed as I have to go somewhere else to fix it as I am not leaving near the service center. Thanks Arun Dhavalikar

Great outcome... but was a Veteran Day disaster

I made an appointment for 11/11 @ 10:45 am and arrived 1 hour earlier. My request was for oil change, check engine light and some front end brake work. I decide to leave my car and get some chores done... bad decision since it was Veterans Day and packed. I phoned back at 1pm after not receiving a.call.back and my car was not ready not even checked. To make a long story short at 3pm I went to the dealership and told them my car should be ready since it's been here since 10am.i was then told 20 more minutes. Result I was provided with extra discount 15% on breaks.work and check engine light since it was only a loose hose and I had to pay 150.00 for the Diagnostic Eval. The tech work was good... but 5 hours later????

Certified pre-owned Honda Pilot

Visited Joyce Honda to look at certified pre-owned Pilots. Test drove two Pilots and decided to buy one of them. My experience from test drive to the purchasing process went smooth and easy.

So helpful and really listening

Thankful they really listened to me as I tried to described my noise. Easy with electronic coupon for oil change. Good to enjoy water and snack while waiting

Great Service Yet Again

Once again we received great service!! This is our 2nd car purchase from Ryan at Joyce Honda in 3 months. From start to finish it was a quick and easy process. Ryan worked with us prior to our visit so when we went in we knew exactly what we were looking at and just had to have a test drive. Ryan is a delight to work with making the car buying process actually enjoyable. He takes the time to get to know his customer and their family and makes everyone feel at home and important throughout the entire process. Great Experience with Trey Johnson

We had an excellent experience with Trey Johnson and Efren Madrigal of Joyce Honda recently when we leased a Honda Civic LX. They both have integrity and delivered on everything we discussed over the phone beforehand. It was such a pleasure to deal with them - they was honest and patient with us while we went over all the details of our new lease. Great experience purchasing a new vehicle

We visited multiple dealerships while shopping for a new SUV.  Joyce Honda was by far the best experience we had.  Everyone we interacted with was professional and helpful.  Karl, our sales rep, was amazing.  He seemed genuinely interested in making sure we got what we needed and was extremely patient even though we asked a lot of questions.  He went through all the features of the vehicle we were looking at prior to taking us for a test drive. Once our new vehicle arrived, he helped us set everything up and went through all of the features again.  I would highly recommend both Karl and the dealership to anyone looking for a new vehicle.
