Great Experience!!!

Went to Joyce Honda looking for a used car and came away with a new one! Efren & Steve were straight forward and easy to deal with! Could not have asked for more. I am very content with the deal I got and would highly recommend anyone looking for a car to go there and see Efren! Efren will work to fulfill what you are looking for in terms of budget and vehicle of choice. Steve was great at disclosing and presenting options at the financing stage... great negotiator! All in all... I will go back to Joyce when it is time for a new car! If you are interested in buying a Honda, definitely give Joyce Honda a visit.

Good experience

First time buying a car went great thanks to Joyce Honda and in particular, Efren. He was knowledgeable and worked hard to make the deal make sense for both parties. Dennis Kish was very expedient in his explanations regarding the financing terms and made the process very smooth for a first-time buyer. Would definitely recommend anyone looking to buy a new or used car to stop by this dealership . Thanks a lot to everyone at Joyce Honda.

A Welcome Change

I came to Joyce after hearing recommendations from others and because of poor customer service I've experienced from another local Honda dealership. The guys were professional, sincere and had me in and out with my new lease in less than two hours. I'm looking forward to a long relationship with Joyce!

Great Experience Ever.... Thank you guys...

I really appreciate that the sales and finance staff at Joyce Honda is so friendly, professional, honest, helpful & efficient. I previously bought a CRV at Joyce Honda and returned to them because our experience had been good before. This time the experience was even better... BEST EVER of all cars I got... I would definitely recommend Efren to anyone. Steve Owusu, the finance manager, was also very helpful with any questions we had about the financing of our vehicle. We were also very satisfied with our previous CRV and the service we received at Joyce Honda over the years that we owned it. Thank you Efren! Thank you Steve!

Best experience

We recently purchased a vehicle from Joyce Honda in Denville NJ. The sales agent who assisted us was Chris Stark. We cannot say enough about Mr.Stark, he did everything to assist in the purchase of the vehicle, he made sure all expectations were met, we never felt pressured. He also made follow up phone calls to assure complete satisfaction. I highly recommend Joyce Honda, I will use them again. Thank you so much Chris Stark for the time you took to find the perfect car for us.

Excellent Customer Service

Efren was very helpful in explaining all the new features in this CRV. We had previously bought a CRV at Joyce Honda and returned to them because our experience had been good before. Super Great Experience!

I really appreciate that the sales and finance staff at Joyce Honda is so friendly, professional, honest, helpful & efficient. They got me in the right car at the right price in a more than reasonable amount of time. I didn’t sit around all day. They got me in, helped me & got me into my new car to drive home in a few hours.

Efren and Joyce Honda

I was most fortunate having Efren as my salesman, since this was my first time even considering buying a Honda...Efren was incredibly knowledgable about the Accords, features, different models, etc, and even more important to me, amazingly patient in answering my many questions and when it came to the final price discussions.....In addition the test drive was short, but all inclusive introducing me to the countless safety features...Today he even hooked up my IPhone to the "tv screen" and reviewed the new features once again. In addition to dealing with Efren, everyone else that I met were most helpful. I highly recommend Joyce Honda........and Efren JTH
