I took my car in for the 10,000 mile service.

I took my car in for the 10,000 mile service. After the work was done, they sent the report video. 25 minutes later nobody has asked if I wanted the air filter. I did not. So I go to service desk to inquire. It's been 2.5 hrs. And the rep said it would take about 90 minutes. So he checks me out and tells me it'll take another 25 minutes MORE to wash my car. I declined to wait again. The rep told me'they don't ask if you want a carwash until the service is complete'. News to me. So I drive the next day and my tire pressure warning light is ON. NEVER HAPPENED BEFORE. Seems the service tech inflated to 32-43 lbs. But my RAV4 requires 35 lb. The car knows so, but Holman missed it. I have zero confidence that they actually did anything including change the oil I gave 1 Star, because I've been a Toyota customer for 45 years. Holman was not exceptional. They WERE the exception. Very disappointed in this service, And the NO SERVICE I got with StarGard. I was required to buy StarGard at $1000, and don't even have a phone number to call IF I ever do need it. There is NO APP. It provides nothing that Toyota Connect does not already provide. It's a total SCAM better handled through Small Claims than here.

Wonderful experience with prompt replies regarding my purchase and very professional and kind staff. I found the car on auto trader and sent in an inquiry and did your credit application. Miles Jackson reached out to me very quickly and had my loan structured in an amazing short period of time. Lexie Fisher was wonderful and next called me to have the vehicle detailed waiting for my arrival. I live 2 hrs away and when i arrived at 6pm she was on top of everything and made my experience smooth and relaxing. She is a great person and Gloria in finance was also great in getting me through the paperwork and information on an extra plan which i took.(Platinum) Thank you for great staff and dealership!!!!

I would like to upgrade my rating of this dealership. For a little background, I've been a customer of Holman Dealerships for over 25 years. During my most recent lease, I was dissatisfied with some aspects of my SUV and decided to pursue satisfaction by being confrontational. Like the saying goes though, "let the cooler heads prevail." During the process, I reached out to Mindy Holman and her staff. Once they were alerted to the issue, I was contacted personally and they made a great effort to resolve my concerns for my peace of mind . As a senior citizen, I find that too often our opinions are dismissed. I was grateful that Holman Enterprises made sure that they value me as a person and going forward would like me to remain a customer. Thank you Holman

I leased a Toyota Highlander in April of 2023 at Holman

I leased a Toyota Highlander in April of 2023 at Holman Toyota in Mount Laurel. It was a low mileage lease of 12,000 mi/year. Midway through the lease, during a routine maintenance visit, a service writer stated that all of the tires exhibited excessive wear and two tires qualified as bald. I asked about the warranty as I had purchased the excessive tire wear and wheel protection plan. I was informed that there was no warranty on the tires. I later learned the Protection plan was for the end of the lease. Since Holman didn't warrant the tires, I turned to Toyota who also didn't warrant their "factory installed" tires. I contacted the tire manufacturer who again stated there was no warranty but they would prorate the tires and comp me 50% but I would still have to pay in excess of $800 as it was a AWD vehicle and all tires should be replaced to assure the traction control worked properly and to prevent damage to the drive train. I went back to Holman and wrote to Mindy Holman for assistance. Their customer experience department reached out to me and assured me they would handle it to my complete satisfaction. At the end of the day, They comped me two tires and called it a day. When I questioned the safety issue of only putting on two new tires, I was told that the other two tires SHOULD GET ME TO THE END OF MY LEASE. The service department didn't address the issue of traction control or drive synchronization. I again emailed Toyota's customer service department and their response was that they've been in contact with Holman Toyota of Mount Laurel and are satisfied with their action. They consider the case CLOSED! Moral of the story: While I agree that Holman Toyota has nothing to do with the parts or the way they were installed on my Toyota Highlander at the end of the day, they are shilling for Toyota. In that regard, they've failed miserably. Their customer experience department should change their name or it should close and save the company more money! My customer experience is poor and I can't wait for me lease to end! Another issue that concerned me: no one seemed interested in the performance of the drive train to explain why the wores wore so severely. There was no interest in checking out the telematics to view driver performance to see if I was driving hard. Just throw a few shekels at me and send me away!

We regret that you are not satisfied with the resolution we provided. When we spoke and partnered with you on the resolution, we believed you were satisfied with the outcome. Our intention was never to make you feel pushed away but to make a good faith effort to resolve your concern. We provided and installed two new tires at no cost to you. Both our service director and general manager worked with you to make sure your questions were answered. We regret to learn now that you had expectations that we failed to meet.

Unfortunately the issue is a matter of perception. Holman perceives that their offer/actions were generous enough that they should be accepted and to move on. I took what I could get as I have been dealing with this problem since I was first notified by Holman's own service department. I still have Holman's paperwork from August 30,2023 when I brought my leased vehicle in for a multipoint inspection. Their own service department put Caution Notes declaring the rear tires, at 4/32" tread depth needs replacing and the front tires at 5/32" tread depth needs replacing soon! My vehicle had 16,000 miles on the odometer at that time. In March 2024, with 21,000 miles on the vehicle Holman service felt that replacing just (2) tires would suffice! It's a daunting experience , to say the least, when you sign on for a low mileage lease from a quality dealer with allegedly highly rated vehicles and they fall short. Then later you find out that after purchasing an excessive wear protection plan (no pamphlet of coverage provided at time of lease signing) that there is no actual warranty on the tires. You start to wonder what else is gonna fail that isn't covered??? It should be noted that after writing Mindy Holman personally, Chad Jernberg, VP of Customer Experience called me and personally assured me that I would be HAPPY when they were done with me. Does my diatribe indicate that I am any level of happy??? My relationship with toyota is finished. I shouldn't have been surprised as in the past Toyota has received bad press for steering customers to more expensive financing options and high priced GAP insurance. I will NEVER, EVER PURCHASE ONE OF THEIR PRODUCTS! As for Holman, my respect for them has been irretrievably lost. They cannot or will not address the issue of safety or performance when only replacing TWO TIRES ON AN ALL WHEEL DRIVE VEHICLE! Will they publicly state that it is acceptable to replace just 2 tires on an AWD and there will be NO DAMAGE OR LOSS OF PERFORMANCE OF THE TRACTION CONTROL OR DRIVE TRAIN ? Notice in their response to my initial complaint, this issue is not addressed. AS A SENIOR CITIZEN I FEEL DISRESPECTED AND TRIVIALIZED. I WILL BE HAPPY ON OCTOBER 31ST WHEN I BRING THEIR LEASED CAR BACK AND AM ABLE TO WALK AWAY...FOR GOOD!!

Ask for Doug!

I was set on what I wanted. I made it so clear to Douglas P. That I wanted nothing more than to pick a car buy the car and be out. I started the process online Doug got me the best pricing and made the rest of the car buying process even easier! The only hiccup we had was the battery in the car, but once that was taken care of ; I did a test drive signed papers and was out the dealer within a hour.
