No shark attack just a warm and nonpushy salesman
Upon my first purchase of my 2013 Nissan Rogue,I believe I was very fortunate to have the greatest Salesperson who with warmth, wisdom and charm (i.e. Rich Ciapetta), delivered quality service after other interactions, elsewhere. I found Rich to be an excellent listener and not a shark that I have met with at other dealerships. The service department was, also, a friendly bunch with excellent customer service. It's unfortunate that I recently had a car accident and in need of a used car. I can guarantee you that I found my way, first, back to Rich at Cherry Hill Nissan though keeping my options open. Unless I could put some attributes from one car with other attributes from another, I always find the car buying process very time consuming. Now, affording what I really would like to drive, that would take more than a great Salesperson, unfortunately to make that happen.

Excellent Customer Service
Respectful, kind and helpful. Service went out of their way to meet my needs. They are all approachable and want to help navigate. I listened to the way they spoke with other customers and was happy to know they treat everyone the same.

I love visiting Cherry Hill Nissan! All staff are pleasant and professional. The facility is clean and well equipped for my devices. I like the goodies too - Starbucks coffee, donuts , fruit and of course water.

Quick and easy process.
When I arrived I was immediately greeted and was offered assistance. I told Mike exactly how much I wanted to spend what I wanted and wasn't pressured into changing my mind. I had no choice but to review the repair section even though I haven't utilized the service.

Dennis Webb provided exceptional service. He greeted me first thing in the morning with a smile. He listened to all my concerns and updated me throughout the entire repair process. I would definitely recommend this service department and Mr. Webb. He treated me like I was a guest in his home.
