Cherry Hill Nissan

They deserve a zero for what they did to me. I bought a brand new Nissan Pathfinder platinum in 2023 and the only service department I took it to was Cherry Hill, Nissan then I started having a problem with my driver side window that no matter how far I rolled it down when I tried to roll it up it would continue to go down. I took it back several times starting from 29,000 miles when it was under warranty they kept doing other things besides what they should’ve did from the beginning, which they told me was to change the regulator then when I got to 90,000 miles, which I had took the call back several times for the same thing, they tried to tell me I needed to pay for the repair, which was the same regulator that they told me about when I first brought the car there and I went through corporate Nissan and they still said that I had to pay for it, which is horrible and I will never ever buy another Nissan in my life because you cannot claim your fixing something five or six times and then on the seventh time, tell me that I have to pay for it when it’s not under warranty no more they suck

My experience with Kamran was excellent he had knowledge about the cars he showed me cars i wanted to see he didn't rush me to buy a car .
