Beware of a salesman name Andrew rightley he's. Rude and dishonest.if you go there ask for someone else please.he can not be trusted.we thought ... he was and he's not.
I had a dispute over whether tire should be covered under warranty, when I told the service rep that I was going to dispute the charge he told me that... he was going to put the defective tire back on! Good thing this dealership cares about your safety... I called Nissan Cooperate and they told me that I should get my money back but when they talked to the dealership they would not process the payment. (Good thing I have the conversation with Nissan Cooperate recorded.) I also called Bridgestone and they told me that Nissan did not follow the proper warranty process. (That conversation is also recorded) If Nissan Cooperate and Bridgestone both say your wrong why do you continue to try and argue? If I play those recording to the BBB, CPA, or a judge in small claims court what is your defense? I tried to reach out to the Steve the manager of the dealership but he obviously doesn't care since he wont return calls or emails. The Service Manager already made clear his views on this dispute. If you need service I would recommend staying away - its all about the sale and then they try and cover it up with lies. If you have warranty needs go somewhere else.... It's a shame I have been using this dealership for service for years and have been a Nissan customer for 12, but this morning was just terrible

Friendly and good service. Not like the some other dealership either ignore you or too aggressive . Sales person and sales manager seems honest. When I... ask them to mail me my license plate, I received it next day.

dont go here...spent over an hr going over the deal only to find out the guy "Chris" isn't even the one who can do the deal and I have to re-start the... entire deal out again with a different car...what a wack

Got a car here in 2015 there trying to get me to trade in my car for a new one now there asking me questions about my equity and information they at... the dealership.i don't understand why I'm being treated like a pile of trash if this is how you treat your loyal customers I got to find a new dealership.
