Service Department that cares

Everyone that I dealt with from the service department impressed me with their real desire to find and correct the problem with my vehicle. Several members of the service team even came out to my vehicle in the rain and stayed as long as it took to make sure that they were hearing the same noise that I was hearing. It was so much easier to show them in person than to describe it to them. I really felt as though they wanted my issue resolved as much as I wanted it resolved.

Great,On time service

As usual Joe Fazio (service director) showed great interest in seeing that my service was completed on time and done to my satisfaction.Ashley Rambo,(Assistant service manager)did an excellent job in completing her part of the service.

Great service not pushy

I had an awful awful car experience in the past and this was the first time I felt like the attention was on my husband and I and we were being helped by the best there was and being taking care of. For once it didn't seem like we were being rushed or forced into buying a car. Questions were answered and requirements were being met for our budget. Thank you so much for your help and patience to help me buy the car I wanted! Dave smith is the best and the manager Chris was extremely helpful as well!!! won't be going back for service

went there because they had the used vehicle i was looking for. upon driving it,we decided not to get it. Felt pressured to get something else. I wanted to think about it over night, and research the vehicle more, but was pressured into getting it that night. after the sale, they didn't want to be bothered.
