Medford Ford review
Everything about the process was an unexpected, pleasant experience. I always like getting a new car, but I hate the process. The price was agreed upon before I got there. The trade-in value was fair and i was in and out in an hour. The salesman even connected my cell phone to the Bluetooth in the new car!

My grandmother purchased a used vehicle from Medford Ford
My grandmother purchased a used vehicle from Medford Ford about 6 weeks ago. It has been in the shop most of these 6 weeks. The week she purchased it the vehicle started having issues, the power steering and brakes would lock up. She called Medford, brought the vehicle in and they said nothing is wrong. She took the vehicle back, the issue has happened multiple times since. It happened once closer to another local reputable dealer, they scanned and diagnosed the vehicle but told her she should take it back to Medford because it was just purchased. She took the vehicle back to Medford, they have had the vehicle for over a week again at this point, they are refusing to repair the vehicle based off of the diagnoses from the other Ford dealer, they refuse to answer or return her phone calls, the one time they did answer they don't allow her to speak to the manager and only say nothing is wrong with the vehicle...clearly something is. She reached out to the sales department for them to purchase the vehicle back now that she does not feel safe driving the vehicle and the offered her half of what she purchased it for six weeks ago. This women is 70 years old, has purchased and serviced multiple vehicles at this location throughout the years, and they don't have a care in the world for her or her safety. They don't stand behind their vehicles. Do better Medford Ford

Awesome place to do business with.
John our sales guy was the best. We walked in looking for my Explorer Jonh walked us out to them . I only went to look but I found they had what I was looking for . John gave us an amazing deal n iam very happy driving in my new Explorer n we were fast in n out of all the paper Signin . Just a really nice Atmosphere all around . Thank you John for taken the time to help us .

I took my son around to the dealership to look at two
I took my son around to the dealership to look at two cars that He saw on their website. He has an older Truck but starting a new job and needed something more as a daily driver and safe. Both of the cars we looked at were on the lot, clean and in really good condition. Not the biggest dealership with a million in marketing or hundreds of balloons and sirens. My son took delivery of a nice 2014 with low miles at a very fair price. Service from the beginning to the end was really top notch. No pressure or gimmicks of the sort. The entire process was quick, fair and very easy. John is a nice person who was respectful to me and my son and was easy to work with. Give the hometown guys a shot. We live in Medford and want to give them a shot. We are happy we did.

Terrible service !
Terrible service ! Tried to get my car in for a TSB and the woman who answered my call couldn't even process my VIN number! Lol - and I'm gonna let them work on my vehicle? NO THANKS
