Brand new car

This was my first time buying a new car. Clemente and the team were most fantastic. I know in nature, dealerships try to make you spend the most you can, but these guys really worked with me. I gave my absolute max and they made the car I wanted with the payment I requested work. We all went home happy that night! 😃

Enjoyed Experiences at Napleton

I have purchased a total of three CRVs from this location - one used, two new. All staffers that I've encountered have been very pleasant which made the purchasing experience pleasant.

Great car buying experience

I HAD A GREAT CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE. I ACTUALLY HATE GOING TO DEALERSHIPS BUT THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND IT STARTED WITH MY SALES REP JAY! SHE WAS VERY EFFICIENT AND UPFRONT WITH EVERYTHING. Worst Service

Worst service by Ryan Augustine! Being completely rude over the phone when trying to cancel Vehicle Service Contract. Overprice their cars by adding extra services that are not needed.

Love my new Pilot
