Emailed several times Asking about a final price on a Vehicle that we were ready to purchase that day.No reply. My daughter contacted them, They answered her immediately and they couldn’t wait to get her in the sales room. Sit her in a chair for four hours while a bunch of salesman try to take her for everything they can. But don’t want to respond to me because they know I have her best interest in mind. Shystie. Moving on.

Due to this experience, I will not be purchasing another Subaru. I have had all maintenance performed at this dealership and have repeatedly reported serious brake concerns at every service visit. Instead of addressing the issue, I was accused of having aftermarket brakes simply because they appear to be in “excellent condition” after 60,000 miles. The vehicle has never been serviced anywhere else, and the lack of normal wear should raise concerns about a deeper problem — not result in accusations. Once again, my concerns were dismissed rather than properly investigated. This pattern of disregarding documented safety issues is unacceptable.

Our dealer took care of all of our needs for getting a new car. He took care of my Rent-A-Car. He took it back to where I had gotten it loaned from and the gentleman who went over the car for the technology. David Goss was very helpful. Both David and DJ my Salesman helped me through some hard times. It was much appreciated. Thank you.

Everyone from the second we walked in were fabulous. Our salesman Frank Tees was very knowledgeable and patient with all my questions. He’s got a great personality and a real gentleman. I would definitely look for him if I purchase another car in the future. Rose the Business Manager was great too. She was very patient with all my questions too . She knew the answers to everything we needed to know. Also, David Goss that showed us all of the car’s accessories was also wonderful. He was very knowledgeable about everything in the car. It was a great experience from beginning to driving off in our new Crosstrek.

We stopped by for a valuation of our possible trade in. We had questions about lease options and various models. Everyone in the showroom listened, everyone helped answer all of our questions (and there were many), everyone was patient even though we took hours of their time and we ended up walking out with a new Crosstrek. The team helping us even stayed after hours to get us our vehicle, including the admin folks doing the paperwork. We did not feel like we were at a dealership; rather like we were with friends having a conversation. In today's era when online is the choice of many, we could have easily been pointed in that direction. However the Miller team took a personal approach and made us feel so welcome. We are very grateful and are loving our new Crosstrek.

This is the second vehicle we've bought from Miller Subaru (after purchasing multiple cars at Miller Ford). We were lucky enough to meet our salesperson Ken Montgomery on our first visit when we were in an emergency situation to purchase a car for our daughter. This second time in, we specifically asked for Ken. His knowledge of the Subarus, his pleasant manner, him listening to what we were looking for, and his ability to match us to a great car was the best. We just had our meeting with Eric Fralin the "tech guru" who led us through a session to answer any questions we had about the operation of any part of our new Legacy. Talk about knowing things! Our plan is to continue to make use of Miller Subaru for any future vehicle purchases, as well as service. If you go in, ask for Ken, tell him Leigh sent you!

The Salesman was professional, explained everything clearly. Another person from the dealership sat in the car with me, after I purchased it, to explain all of the different functions. A very nice experience!
