Very accommodating.

Very accommodating. All the staff were incredible and my salesman, DJ went the distance plus to find the SUV I wanted and the color.

We were very impressed with our experience in purchasing

We were very impressed with our experience in purchasing a new car. Our salesman DJ was very helpful and informative. He made our decision and purchase easy. We love our new Outback. Eric was so helpful in explaining how to use the screen with all the buttons. We came back for follow-up lessons and again Eric was very helpful and patient with us. We were impressed with the whole operation at Miller Subaru.

Excellent with one exception.

Excellent with one exception. I was expecting a Cargo Cover with my new lease and one was not included. That was an important feature to me.

This was by far the best dealership experience I have

This was by far the best dealership experience I have ever had. Salesperson was not pushy but very knowledgeable. I was referred by a friend and I hope to spread the same word.

Extremely pleased with every aspect of my interaction

Extremely pleased with every aspect of my interaction with Miller Subaru. My experience started with viewing the stock available and vehicle pricing offered. Site was very easy to navigate, window stickers availabile to view, as well as Miller Subaru discounts being offered. This information at my fingertips made it easy to decide exactly which vehicle I wanted to see in person. Upon arrival at dealership, I was immediately greeted by Jay Fralin, Sales Rep. Jay was able to get me into another 2024 Outback with the same features and options I wanted. (The actual car I selected online had just been delivered, not yet available to test drive.) Within minutes I was out on the road taking a ride in the car. It drove just as I had hoped-like a dream! When we returned to the Dealership, Jay set me up with all the paperwork necessary to complete the purchase. I also interacted with the Credit Manager, unfortunately I can’t recall his name. He was helpful in ensuring I received the best offer, only 2.5% financing! There also was a young lady who assisted with the execution of the purchase documents, including extended warranty. Finally Eric Fralin walked me through all the features and options on the vehicle, ensuring I gained familiarity, as well as helping me download and set up the My Subaru app. Additionally, Eric scheduled a follow up appointment with me in case I had additional questions regarding and f the features of the vehicle, and the app. From start to finish, I can say of the 5 new car purchases I’ve made in my lifetime, this was by far the best new car purchase experience I’ve had!

Absolutely no pressure, friendly knowledgeable staff .

Absolutely no pressure, friendly knowledgeable staff . I was able to get exactly what I wanted. Very helpful with explaining all of the technology included in the vehicle.The entire experience was 5 stars.

2015 Cadillac SRX

Friendly sales staff. Ken Montgomery helped me complete the sales but the other staff members were also very helpful.
