Service was absolutely horrible. Took 6 hrs for oil change and rotated tires. Terrible time . Had 9 am appointment time and didn’t get serviced until after 12 pm .

Had an issue while out of town. Spoke to Frank in service and was able to get some information on what I could do for the message that came up on my dashboard. I was able to drop my vehicle off on a Monday for a Tuesday appointment. When I arrived on Monday I talked with Joe and he went over everything from the messages I encountered to the warranty that I currently have left. I received a call from Joe on Tuesday morning at 9:30 am, the repair work was done and the warranty covered it. When I picked up my vehicle, Joe was there and went over everything.
