I'd like to take a few minutes to thank kyle the service

I'd like to take a few minutes to thank kyle the service manager. And for all the technicians that worked on my truck have done a wonderful job. I had some previous work done from recalls , ports needed to be ordered and it was a difficult recall repair due to the complex\nClose proximity and camera operation of my truck. The mechanic worked hard toward and kept me informed on all that had to be done. I wasn't charged a penny. I received a courtesy ride to and from Ford.Since my wife don't drive and I am handicapped. When I spoke with kyle on the phone , he was always so courteous and always polite. I will never bring my truck to nobody to repair it.Except them. When all was said and done i had a detail done to the truck and this is a big truck.It's a 2023 Ford F450 super duty lariat, with the extra long bed,and big tires. When they dropped the truck off, it was beautiful.The inside was spotless, and they even went as far as putting the floor mats that they provide during working on the truck to keep the rugs clean. I always have ford provide my oil changes and annual maintenances and things that need to be done on a schedule basis, when you have a very expensive truck like this , you want to make sure that you take care of it , the best you can and have the best people you know , working on it. So once again, thank you to the entire Ford team & especially Kyle. I was very impressed with their new upgraded and state of the art detailing department. I am sure I'll be there in the future.Getting details done to my truck. And I'd like to reach out to the owner of Ford, for maintaining such a wonderful staff. Santo & Paige Ditizio (609)-519-8979
