First, I can always get my car in the same week I call and based on my schedule. Second while I am waiting I know what is being done on my car and how long a wait it will be. Normally it is not a long wait anyway. I have complete confidence that my car will be done correctly and every one is friendly and accommodating. I am always impressed that the know who I am when I arrive and what work has been done on my car.

The employees at this dealership, are without a doubt, the finest ever. Informative, courteous, caring, are just some of the attributes, indicative of these people. How fortunate I, indeed was to have found Avalon Honda. Kudos to Ross and his workers. The fact that I continue to return, speaks for itself!!!

Your service department is the best around. The Service department is always a pleasure to deal with. They do an excellent job fixing my vehicle. Always willing to make sure I understand the problem and make sure I am satisfied with the service received. Excellent customer service.

I’m in the process of trying to purchase a used vehicle for my daughter and found a private owner of a Honda CRV and I called the dealer/service department to see if they would do an inspection for me. Just to see if price was in range and that no major repairs would be needed in the near future. well worth the $50. It took about an hour and they were very honest and forthcoming with items that needed attention. After their inspection, I decided this car wasn’t going to work for my daughter. Thanks again to the Service Dept for getting me in so quickly, being nice guys, giving me their honest opinion and not charging me an arm and a leg to do so!

In for a checkup...found a few things that needed to be taken care of. Was consulted as to price and time needed to complete the work in a professional, friendly manner.

Visited Avalon Honda for new brakes and to order a part for my older vehicle. Everyone I spoke with was friendly and knowledgeable - not pushy. The part arrived the next day and was installed immediately. Cost for brakes was very reasonable. I definitely recommend Avalon Honda for service :)

Service was provided within the time promised for a standard 4,000 mile check-up. When completed, a detailed evaluation checklist was provided for the systems and components examined.
