Hopkins Ford

Victor in the service department is very attentive and a great asset to Hopkins Ford service department. I am pretty particular about my vehicle and was surprised when I picked it up to find they had detailed the car. WOW!!

Horrible Service Department

Hopkins Ford had my truck for almost a month & still never fixed the issue with it. Everytime I went to pick it up after they said the problem was fixed, it never was. I was even told by one of the owners that "he personally would make sure the issue was fixed before i got my truck back". Sure he did, thats why I still have the issue from the time i picked it up from them. I gave Hopkins Ford to many chances & will NEVER bring any of my vehicles there again not even for a oil change.

Dear Brian, We always appreciate honest feedback. As you can see from our prior reviews and our 4.5 rating, most of our customers are extremely happy and we always strive for that same level of satisfaction with everyone. After reprogramming the Audio Control Module didn't fix the concern of a popping noise coming from the sub-woofer, Ford instructed us to replace the ACM. Jay Hopkins did spend 15 minutes listening for the popping noise along with Heidi Reed our manager. At that time the concern didn't replicated itself at the time of testing. In and out quickly at a fair price. It would have been nice if some snacks were available.

Great Service

Have purchased two vehicles here over the years and have ALWAYS been so pleased with their quality of service. Their service department truly works to give quality service and aims to please. Victor and all the others are awesome at what they do. I keep returning because of the trust that has been developed.

Israel was so helpful! This guy is sharp! I asked questions on certain vehicles he gave me the best service ever! He was so welcoming, i was looking around for a car for my day's off when i want too ride with the guy's. He introuduced me too this monster! The Ford-F150 all black , and black interior it was a beaut!!! Purchased the same day! Whenever i come back i hope israel is still around!

Needed a new transmission -at 65,000 miles

Sad that after 65,000 miles my transmission went out and it cost me $3600 to replace, but I still have the original brakes on my E-250 Ford Van. I do not think I will ever buy another Ford product again!!!

Ron Hopkins Ford Elgin

Ron Hopkins is fantastic!!! They are so friendly and accommodating!! I have had my car serviced here for years before I moved. I took it in for a recall and they were awesome. They got me right in and out and even took the time to talk to me and give me information on how to update my Sync. This dealership is so nice. I would highly recommend them to anyone!!
